Myself and a few others came here last night, service was trash. You could hear the staff joking around and playing through the intercom, I could barely hear the lady repeating my order. When I got to the window, the entire staff was in drive thru talking and it was two gentlemen horse playing with my drink in one of their hands. The manager on staff didn’t seem to mind. We will never come back to this location ??.

It's Thursday the 7th of May at 7 o'clock in the morning. I pull up to the window trying to order food nobody wants to take my order but they have 2 people clean in the parking lot but said they don't have enough people to work.... Thanks for wasting my time it's not like I gotta go to work or anything!

Food is delicious. They have a habit of not getting your whole order so just make sure to check the bag.Parking: Just a regular fast food joint. There's a home depot next door if things get really crazy.

Spicy nuggets received when we ordered regular nuggets. Got the Dave's double and the meat was very pink and definitely undercooked. Could hear the manager tell his kitchen staff that he needs more meat now and that might explain the rush on cooking. They were busy but need to be careful selling undercooked product.

Their card machine is down every time they get busy and so youll be in line with people behind you and they say our card machine is broken. I went to this establishment this morning for breakfast. I’m always super nice to people and especially nice to the people that handles my food. This young lady took my order and proceeded to the window. She gave me my drink. I tasted my drink and it tasted like pure medicine. She gave me my food and I told her that I would like another drink. She seemed as if it was an inconvenience. She took my drink from my hand and brought back into the restaurant. I was shocked bc I could have had anything, a sickness or some sort. It was cross contamination from the start. She placed my lid with my straw, on the fountain station. I’m guessing the machine wasn’t working right so she went back to the fountain drink station in the lobby. At that point, I just drove away bc she was already upset bc my drink wasn’t right and who knows what she did with my drink when I didn’t see sight of her.

They charged me for two separate meals when I only ordered one meal. They told me they couldn’t do anything without a receipt even though they never gave me one. I showed them my bank transaction proving to them that I paid but they said that wasn’t good enough. They also told me that my order was never in their system and I never order from them which made no sense since I had the bag of food with me. They refused to give me any sort of compensation. Daniel was the manager I spoke to and he was no help. I spoke with corporate and was told I would receive a refund for the extra charge. It has been about a month and I have yet to receive my refund.

The servicer was acting as if she was upset with me because I was having problems seeing the board. I have a cataract in my right eye . I couldn't see what I won't and she seem upset.
