I really wish they would leave the drink menu alone! Every time I settle on a drink I like, they bring in all new drinks. The food is really good, but there is no way the burgers no longer come with fries but the price is still the same, and the togarashi for the wings they messed up badddd. Why are you rolling wings in pure seasoning salt after they're cooked? ?‍?

I visit St Louis for work and almost every time we end up at Westport Social. Our company had a planned event and I had a great time. The amount and variety of food was nice and my favorite was the funnel cake fries. The service was top notch. I absolutely love playing Bocce ball and the basketball hoops.

Because of a cancelled flight this afternoon, we ended up making our way to Westport plaza for the night. In desperate need of a cocktail, we opted to try Westport Social. The games were great, staff was friendly and helpful. Abby was our server, she took her time to explain the menu and her personal favorites, and was just very welcoming in general. Food was yummy and their menu featured some unique takes on bar snack classics!

We came into a not full restaurant (multiple empty tables)and was told the kitchen is not accepting food orders. While speaking to another member of my party I said what do you mean they aren’t taking food orders? Abby (a member of the wait staff) walked up to me and said, “ a restaurant that got overrun by soccer players. She then came back 5 min later and approached me and said, “there are other restaurants around here, you can go to one of them, maybe they won’t be busy.”This restaurant sits in the middle of a multi-hotel complex and wasn’t able to accommodate a full restaurant on a Saturday at 3pm. Either woefully unprepared or just didn’t care about turning business away.As recommend by Abby, we took our business to Soda Fountain which was a short walk away. The easily accommodated us and provided great service.

It’s a “meh” place. So little plates yet nice people at service. Food is delicious but again it was so little.

Celebrating my wife's and her twin sister's 40th birthdays was a momentous occasion for us. As first-time birthday celebrants, we wanted to make it unforgettable by hosting a surprise party at Westport Social on March 6th, between 2-5 pm. However, the experience fell short due to significant service, food quality issues, premature cleaning up, and an unexpected policy on leftover food.1. Service Shortcomings: The service was far from satisfactory. Despite spending a considerable sum of $2782.27 for the event, we were allocated only one server for over 20 guests. This lone server was also juggling other tables simultaneously, leading to neglect and delays in attending to our needs.2. Food Quality and Safety Concerns: The food quality at Westport Social left much to be desired. We opted for sliders, chicken on skewers, wings, and pizza, but all were disappointing. Instead of being served in stages to maintain freshness, everything arrived at once. Consequently, the burgers went stale, the chicken and pizza turned cold, and the wings were overcooked, dry, and almost inedible. Of particular concern was the apparent disregard for food safety practices. Leaving cooked chicken out at room temperature for an extended period, in violation of food safety regulations, raised serious doubts about the establishment's adherence to proper food handling practices. In hindsight, while we initially hoped to take some of the food home, upon reflection, we realized that the quality of the chicken wasn't worth saving anyway.3. Premature Cleaning Up: Adding to our dissatisfaction, the staff started cleaning up before our reservation time was over at 5 pm. It felt like they were rushing us out, even though we had paid for the entire duration.4. Manager's Response: The manager's response was particularly disheartening. Rather than acknowledging our concerns, he defensively justified the policy, insinuating that allowing guests to take leftovers might be perceived as exploiting their buffet offer. Moreover, his reluctance to accommodate a simple request for to-go boxes for the birthday girls further highlighted the establishment's lack of customer-centricity.As a general manager myself, I was appalled by the disrespect and disregard for customer satisfaction displayed by Westport Social. Despite the significance of the occasion and the considerable investment made, the overall experience fell far short of expectations. Therefore, I strongly advise against using their services, given their apparent disregard for guests' experiences and needs.Final Note: This review is not intended to discredit or disparage but to highlight areas for improvement. Celebrating twin milestone birthdays should have been a joyous occasion, but unfortunately, the shortcomings of Westport Social marred the experience. I urge the establishment to reconsider its policies and prioritize customer satisfaction to ensure better experiences for future patrons. Additionally, adherence to food safety regulations should be a top priority to prevent potential health risks for customers.

Westport social is a drinking and dining experience unlike anywhere else i can think of.The atmosphere exudes a uniquely fun - with games such as bocci ball, shuffle board and basket ball (yes),yet classy finishes and excellent food and cocktail options. Add the fact there are massive sports laiden televisions on every wall - the business meeting rooms upstairs become all the the more alluring as a team building event.I really appreciate this place, needed in the market!5 ?

This was my first time visiting Westport Social. The front of the restaurant was cold, and there were very few seats available with chairs that had a back. The waitress Tara was very rude in not wanting our group to sit in the area we wanted to sit. After the group leader asked us to sit in the front and the restaurant put the heat on and we could sit at the bar that had chairs with backs, I finally felt at ease. The new waitress was awesome, friendly, and accommodately. Tara had to wait on the group, and her attitude seemed to change. My food ( chicken and waffle) was excellent.

Social, sure! Westport, maybe! Beware of the a la carte fries with the burger or the sweetened pizza.... Not very Westport-ish.

I came here for a birthday party! There was space rented out just for us and servers that came by regularly for drink orders. We also had a buffet of delicious food! There were plenty of games to play including basketball and shuffle board. Our party include about 30 people and it accommodates us perfectly. There's was a live band and a dance floor! This seems like a great space for large parties like we had tonight or smaller parties for just a fun night out!

It's a very crowded place but there's lots to do there and they have outdoor seating with a nice big fire pit.

I was there for a work lunch so didn't have a chance to play any games but looks like a fun environment. Everyone's food looked great- burgers and pizza especially. I ordered a caesar wedge salad. It was grilled, which was cool but there wasn't quite enough dressing on it and once you get a few layers into the napa, it's dense and dry. I left half or more on my plate. The added chicken was a very small portion but edible. If I'm there again, I'll order something else. They do offer a gf bun for the burgers.

Great place to come to have a few drinks with friends. Loved the outside area with the fire and seating and tables. Perfect for a nice evening outside. Cocktails would delicious. I would highly suggest the drink called Color of Your Energy. It had Appleton estate rum, passionfruit and some delicious spices. Lots of tables for large parties and smaller private areas. All the games here are free to play. They had a wide variety from ping-pong, shuffleboard, foosball, basketball, bocce ball, karaoke upstairs and I'm sure I've missed a few things. They have an area on weekends that bands come in to play. When you use the restrooms, beware that the sink area if you don't notice, the men's area is right there and it is a common area. My friend did not realize it until some man started talking on the other side of the mirror and startled her. I would highly recommend this place as it is a lot of fun. I can't really tell you about the food because we came here after dinner and just had drinks, but it did look like they had a wide variety of offerings.
