WOW, what a Philly cheesesteak sandwich I had... this thing was ginormous over, stuffed with deliciously, seasoned peppers, onions, and beef, but one was so amazing and somethings so not found anymore are huge portions, more than fair price and an owner who takes real pride in his restaurant, he's a gem! This has become my new favorite go to place! Many, many kudos to you Mr. Zito's owner! I was impressed...and that doesn't happen to easily or frequently!

I've been coming here over the years, even pre-covid. Place is always clean, runs great, and the food tastes amazing.Also, servings are good for 2 people. I'm a big guy and usually can not come close to finishing my meal.

This place is great value for your dollar. It's my husband's favorite gyro. The portion sizes are incredible and everything tastes great. Sometimes certain soda flavors are out in the machine but everyone is nice when you point it out. You can tell the owners care.

Doner combo at Zito Deli. Was my first time there and first time having a doner. Very large sandwich. Bread is soft and pillowy. Very flavorful fillings. Fries are well seasoned. Guy at the register was friendly and helpful. Every other dish I've seen looks great. Located in a strip, it has lots of light from the windows. Definitely found a new South County stop.

Stopped in on a whim. They were clearly super busy hammering out take-out orders. Placed an order for a vegetarian gyro, cevapi, and fries. The man behind the counter said, “So sorry, there’s going to be a wait. Please grab a soda while we take care of these first.” Sweet.I guess they don’t get vegetarian orders often so he kept coming back from the kitchen asking if they could try adding this or that. Yes please!He’s bagging up the order and insisting that I take some extra bread and French fries. (A month later and we’re still working through this bread that we chucked in the freezer).This whole process only took 15 minutes and he was apologizing for the wait the whole time. Food was EXCELLENT. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. It’s our new favorite local eat.

I will admit that I don't know much about cevapi and many options there looked really great. But I didn't love the cevapi, it seemed under spiced and greasy. The servings were huge and the staff was very friendly. The fries were also great (albeit a huge serving). Ambiance wise it was your typical deli but you could tell it was a local favorite. I intend to return and try either a gyro or one of the delicious looking cheese pies. Frankly I think cevapi may have just have not been my cup of tea.
