Opened up my order to see my pizza like this. And cold. 2 weeks ago I ordered and they said it delivered and it wasn’t at my house for almost another hour. Tried to call location both times and they never answer to get money back. Just the 60 points added to my account for a free medium pizza but my order was so much more than that that was gross and cold. Please just answer the phone for customers.

This is the 3rd time in a row I've ordered from them and it has taken over an hour to get my order. I tried to call and ask where my order was but after 35 minutes on hold I hung up because no one answered. It took 1 hour and 50 minutes for my order to arrive and it arrived cold. Never again with this place.

Currently sitting outside, behind the store, for an order I already placed over 45 minutes ago, waiting for service because the front door is broken.No one reached out to tell me the door was broken and the app wouldn’t let me change my order for carsick since I closed the app thinking the front door would be working, silly me!I tried to call and cancel to get a refund but DOMINOS OUTSOURCED IN STORE POSITIONS OVER SEAS AND THREE TIMES I CALLED I COULDNT GET AHOLD OF A SINGLE PERSON WHO WAS WORKING IN THE STORE. This is definitely the LAST time I ever spend money on this pizza and will only be going to places that are willing to staff people working in my community.It’s been close to an hour since I ordered and I had to wave down a worker on my own to get some help of any kind. Turns out they canceled ALL carry out orders, didn’t notify anyone and are still letting orders go thru online!!! Now I get to wait 3 days for a refund on food that was never made!!! If I could rate less than 1 star I would.

I’ve ordered several times, and I’m disappointed every time. Mostly it’s the fact that they’ll hold onto pizzas up to an hour after they’ve come out of the oven - BEFORE delivering it. Tried a few times, hoping it was just a fluke or two. Buyer beware.

Bro this place has the nicest employees and best pizzas out of every dominos i been to. Never had a bad pizza from this location and they are super fast.

Worst dominos store I have seen. Its been more than hour for delivering and it was cold. I reached them over phone and asked about time and they are rude and shouting either to wait or cancel the order. I requested them if i could pick up the order and asked for delivery fee refund but says no.. please try to avoid this store for deliveries

First visit here. Parking lot was pitch black, no lights and Dominos sign was burned out. Front door propped open and store looks dirty. Ordered garlic dipping sauce and light on the sauce. Received neither. There are “sales quota” signs in plain view of customers. Feeling sad for this restaurant. Won’t be going back.
