I ordered the spinach and feta pizza. I had one from the Hwy 94 place and it was ok. This one from here was absolutely spectacular. Very delicious.

this is my third time ordering from this location. for some reason it’s as if they don’t put sauce on the pizza. in order to receive a normal pizza, i have to call and speak to a team member.

Order 3 pizzas. One got dropped by driver. Accidents happen,but nothing was credited or replaced. We called so many times and manager would not talk to us on hold maby times and ignored,Shannon was horrible on phone .1 5 hours later. Nothing done.

Ordered at 7pm….still says in prep at 9:26 pm. They said they only have one driver. i just hope i get food by closing time i have Rx meds that need to be taken with food. The lady on the phone was nice.Pizza arrived at 10:07pmOne half was supposed to be bacon chicken pineapple. Bacon is missing.Other half was to be mushrooms sausage and the Asiago cheese blend added. Entire pizza slathered with a heavy coat of the stuff. I used to deliver pizzas for years. Pizza clearly sat for some time as well. A mess. A disgrace. An embarrassment.Driver had the gall to complain about the lack of good tip after a 3 hour wait. Gave this clown 1.78 and 3.99 delivery fee on a 12” pizza sub total $13 total $20 with all fees. Not a great tip but it’s 25% of the order price with the fee. But those comments, I promise Buddy just for that I’ll stiff you guys every single time for now and ever onward even when I’m ordering from another shop. GFYM.1 week later:Corporate replies to emailComplaint. Says oh we are so concerned about our customers blah blah blah but unfortunately we’re not able to offer any compensation not to replace the order or anything.Never another dime

I have had numerous issues with the online appAnd then when I call I believe the person taking my order is not in the store. There is no way to communicate with the store. The food is great tho.

We ordered last night. It was on its way to us in a reasonable time frame. But then I watched on the tracker as he turned the wrong way on our street, then proceeded to drive around the neighborhood, driving right by my house and then stopping in a nearby parking lot for a few minutes, and then I watched as my order was marked “delivered,” when it was certainly not. I hit the button to report an issue, and it offered me “20% off my next order or a free medium pizza.” Neither of these things solves the issue. I called the shop, and they called the delivery driver, and they come back saying he made a mistake and would be here shortly. About 10 minutes later, we had our now lukewarm food. The cheese on the pizza was no longer soft…that tells you something. Will never order again.Oh, and of course you have to give the tip up front. A tip is supposed to be a reward for service well-provided or above and beyond. I shouldn’t have to tip to ensure the employee gets a fair wage when it’s the corporation that is supposed to pay their employees.

I received the wrong pizza. Despite telling my name at the counter, I was charged for my pizza, and received someone else's (ironically of lesser value). I didn't realize until I arrived home and opened it up, only to find a completely different, and smaller, pizza than what I had ordered, along with the bill giving me their name.As it was a long drive back, and my family was hungry, we ate it regardless. But I still think this is far and in a way unacceptable. I decided against calling up and telling the manager as, I'm sure I would get a halfhearted apology and being told to come back up to get my correct pizza (which again I cannot reasonably do). As well as after checking the reviews, it didn't seem like anything would really be resolved.I desperately hope that this kind of mistake is corrected so it will never happen again.

Ordered thru the app. Tracker showed order in "quality check" for over an hour and a half. Estimated delivery time was 38-48 minutes at the placement of the order. When I called the store, using the phone number provided inside the app on the order tracking page, the employee told me they do not have ordering capabilities thru an app. The charge was already posted my credit card, so I asked to speak with the manager. Got put on hold and never got a response.

I placed an online order at 7:08pm. The estimated delivery time was 31-41m. I called the store at 8:10pm to check the status of the order and was told the driver was walking out the door. At 8:30, the app finally changed to say the delivery was in its way. It took another 30min before the order was here. Almost 2 hrs after the order. The order was cold and soggy. Do not order from here.
