Today's experience was horrible. The chips were burned. I ordered the Steak Jalisco medium rare. I was served a thin piece of tough, fatty meat (probably a cheap round steak) that was over cooked. Almost half of the steak was unedible fat. I order this item regularly. The last time was at Natural Bridge location. I guess I'll have to go there for a descent steak.Why I returned is questionable. Fajitas with dried out straps of meat were returned only to have another plate with the same dried out meat. When checking out my friend and I wanted to split the check. Spent over 5 minutes at the register because no one knew how to do it. The cook came out to show them. This WAS my favorite restaurant but not anymore. I won't go back.

The older lady with a thick accent and the tall dude balding had horrible customer service. The dude picked his nose while taking our order kept stopping us while we were eating to pass them the unused plates. Proceeded to stand by me till I signed the check and tip. After that they proceeded to mumble stuff and look over.

It's nice to find places close to home that are so cool. This place gives you hot good food at affordable prices. Yummy dishes of comfort. That fill you up and satisfy your cravings. Good food is hard to find. I like it here. I definitely will return here again and again. Try the fried burrito.
Called in my lunch order at 1:20 pm..I told them to have my shrimp quesadilla with a side of rice ready by 1:45 pm. I showed up at 1:49 pm, and the staff never even bothered to make my order. By 1:59pm my order was finally ready and given to me. This isn't acceptable. It completely took away my time for lunch. The restaurant only had 3 tables ( 2 two tops, and a one top). Plus the staff was in the kitchen talking about me during my waitI went here every Friday for my lunch pickup, but never again. Very rude, and incompetent service I received.

Call HAZMAT the most horrible smell in the side I was seated. IT WAS NOT THE FOOD! Someone didn't mix their cleaner right.. or it is a gas leak. I had to have my order made to go, which was really sad because it was the first time in a while that I was out on my own (no kids, grandkids). I was so looking forward to my evening. I doubt I will return to this location again. Which is sad because it's close to home. I will continue to go to their STL location. Understand, service was fine, food was ok (lil cold after having to drive home) it is the stench that was ridiculous and too disgusting to stay there. Now they're calling asking if I called in order 11 ???? I'm not quite sure what to think about that.....maybe that person mixed the cleaner??? Go to St Louis.
