Made the trip to dine in. Checked online, it said dine in was open. It's Sept. 10, 2021, at 1:30pm and dine in is closed. I called at 11:30 and the phone was picked up then hung up.I tried to confirm the dining room was open, but to no avail.Still keeping the 4-stars because the Fazzolis at Midrivers is awesome.I was just a little disappointed I couldn't eat inside today.

Wow such rude customer service. I called to see if I could place a order because I get baked pasta and I can take awhile. I was unable to order on app. So called to see if I could call in since I have a short lunch. Was told come threw our drive threw and hung up on.

No utensils or napkinsVery disappointed in the Parmesan Garlic wings. Medium temp wings (not fresh) with the sauce poured over the wings. Not at all tasty

Chris and her staff are extremely friendly and efficient. We have a Fazolis several miles closer but come to the Midrivers location because of the service we get.

was very disappointed when I placed my order online with GrubHub and on your menu I ordered spicy chicken ziti with spinach and mushrooms which there was no spinach and mushrooms and hardly any marinara sauce it was very dry so I called your restaurant and they said there is no more mushrooms and spinach on the menu you might need to discuss this with GrubHub but I have a picture of the menu item I bought and it clearly says with mushrooms and spinach what's the picture also shows a decent amount of marinara sauce very disappointed

The only reason I'm giving 3 stars and not 1 or 2 is due to the recent addition of gluten free pasta (which is pretty good). This location had one of the rudest workers I've encountered. The worker named Corey was rude the entire time and got upset with me when she forgot all of our drinks and even left one out after all was said and done. I would reccomend driving to another location to avoid this kind of treatment.

I love Fazoli's and I love Fazoli's food...but...I was extremely disappointed while dining when the restaurant was interrupted by a chime that got everyone's attention followed by an announcement letting everyone know that team members wash their hands and disinfect their work stations. Seriously Fazoli's. All you did was perpetuate the fear narrative. Completely unnecessary.

We were not at all pleased with our meal at the St Peters Fazolis. To start with I had to ask for a new salad because the tomatoes were shriveled up and the lettuce had brown edges, then we get our pasta and the noodles were hard and dried out but we went ahead and ate it. But...the BIGGEST thing of all was my daughter went take a bite of her pizza (which was very dried out) and I heard her muffle a squeal and looked over and saw a spider coming down from her piece of pizza on its web. My husband took it up and showed them and they did offer a new piece made fresh but never offered to reimburse our meal. My daught was terriffed. We will not be eating here again.
