The gentleman in the front mistaken his own writing and thought he put a party of 9 but was suppose to have put a party of 2 . So me and my other guest waited longer than we had to . Whatever mistakes happen . Once we were sitted everything was cool until my guest got his chicken tenders raw on the inside and cooked on the outside . Thank God I cut into it first .. then they brought out 2 tenders that were burnt LOL . They then sent me home with a to go plate of tenders , at that point I didn’t want to see no more chicken tenders .

This IHOP is pretty much on point with their quality of food and service. Definitely recommend for breakfast any time. The only real gripe I have is that all of the booths the tables are bolted to the wall and you cannot move them. As a bigger person, that's the one thing that prevents me from going more regularly. Because it just hurts to cram in between the table and the seat. If you're a bigger person keep this in mind. They do have stand alone tables but when it's quiet in there they tend to seat you in the booths with the static tables. I suppose you could ask to be seated at one of the movable tables, but it feels like it would be an inconvenience for the Host.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free pancakes!

The worst late night breakfast slop ever.10pm . Party of 2 .St Louis suburb. The only guests in there. Cold coffee, runny eggs, under cooked waffles. Afraid to eat the pork sausage because everything else was not cooked..the bacon was hard and cool. The server was smiling & seemed nice but, he had such a significant middle eastern accent, we couldn't understand him. He apologized but that didn't help when asking for fully cooked eggs & wafflesto replace the ones served! I will never go back to an IHop !! The most horrible food I have ever been served in a restaurant. We left 99.9% of that meal, for the disposal.

Receieved food almost 40 min after ordered.. Ordered breakfast which should be fast.Food sucked. Steak at first was over cooked and when they redid it , steak was rare and cold. I wanted medium rare. I ask to have food taken off ticket and server had to take plate to prove to manager that I didn't eat food. Manager was unprofessional. Will never go to that one again.Kid-friendliness: Had to ask for crayons and paper for kids

Food was good and hot, server was friendly but slow. Bathroom was awful. Toilet was out of order, clogged, with a signe that says we know and we are working on it. Sinks have no hot water and the motion sensors don't work properly. Both paper towel holders were empty with 4 rolls of toilet paper sitting on top of them. I dont know if they were wanting customers to use tp to dry their hands or not. When i went to ask the manager for paper towels, with dripping wet hands, he said " in the bathroom" at that point i held my hands up and said "why do you think im talking to you." I ended up grabbing some napkins and walking away. The table where we ate had one of those stickers on it with the qr code to scan for menus, but it was half way pulled up and just flapping around. There was all sorts of dirt, food, and grime around and under the sticker. When waitress asked if anything was needed i said "yes a scraper, so i can get rid of this" she laughed and said " I know its so annoying. I then informed her of how dirty and disgusting it is and she said " well if i pulled it up i would have to get acetone and clean it" Seriously we are complaining about cleaning a table so that customers can sit down to eat without the remmants of the last 100 customers meals and bacteria there..... pretty bad experience to a degree.

We had a ceiling mess in our kitchen, so we went to dinner.. there was 5 of us.. 4 out of 5 had breakfast for dinner... it was so good!! Ps.. if you are wanting to do their choclate factory.. heads up, when they had this stuff for the Addam's family we had it and our mouths and teeth turned purple and lasted quite awhile..
