Picked up 3 XL pizza's, 24pc Rav's and a salad. 2 pizza's were fine, 1 looked like it was poured out of a mixing bowl. Kind of disgusting looking and could not eat. 6 of the 24 toasted Rav's were empty shells. Nothing inside. Very dissappointing this time. This has been my favorite Imo's for a couple

We really enjoy this location because every time we have come and ordere food to take home and or eaten in the restaurant our food has be EXCELLENT! It's always fresh and hot! They do not skimp on the toppings and if you pay extra for meat or cheese you can see and feel the extra item on your pizza. The restaurant is always clean! Now about the staff....they are always polite, respectful, attentive helpful!! Its really hard to get this type of customer service in the 2022-2023 era post covid! But this Imos has managed to have there staff keep all those great attributes. Tonight Kayla helped us and she was AMAZING and went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and appreciated for choosing her restaurant for dinner. The crew tonight on 12/15/23 was great and deserves recognition.

Would give them a 0 star if I could. Third time this has happened I guess that my fault for trying them again. I guess if you like to eat toppings off the cardboard this pizza is for you. There is a thing as tooooo much cheese. Waste of money the amount you charge the pizza should be dang near perfect every time!!

IMO’s sent an email advertising a deal for Wacky Wednesday. There is no time listed in the email, but apparently it starts at 4 pm. That’s not listed and the manager will not honor the advertised deal.

Most locations have it available til 4 online and in person, then can order them over the phone or in person. But, this one is just til 4 on the lunch specials. Everything is all good besides that!

Would have loved to have tried the pizza, but the store was closed at 9:50pm, despite the website and this page saying they're open til midnight?? If you're short staffed or not open til midnight, then why post that you are? Online orders etc couldn't be placed and when I called the store they said they randomly close whenever they're short staffed, I can understand that, but have no idea why then you'd advertise being open for hours more when you're not.
Hi all, the store will charge you process fee when you use credit card/ debit card without let you know. Owner wanted to make money more money and charge on customers for fees. That’s ridiculous/ unfair for customers.

We ordered $50.00 if food, and went to pick it up. We went to the front door, only to find it locked, and we have to go through the drive up. Whoever designed the layout of the new store didn't know what they were doing. The drive-thru is poorly designed. It is very difficult to drive a full-size pickup truck through it. You have to watch the left side of your vehicle, due to the sharp turn, then you have to watch your front tire because of the narrow turn radius. I ended up scraping the heck out of my tire and wheel. We won't be returning.
