The dining room has no consistent hours. Some days it's open at one time other days it's closed at the same time. All jack in the boxes should just permanently close inside dining because this in between never knowing if you can get inside is always a let down and unprofessional. Also when you're at the door they just stand there and stare at you rather than come let you know when they will be open on the inside or what the current situation is.For background info I drive a dump truck so I can't go through the drive-through.

The staff here is absolutely terrible. I have gone here multiple times and left with nowhere close to the right order. The idiotic employees have time and time again failed to even count. Order 4 tacos? You get 2. Order 2 drinks? Here's 1. Want sauce? Doesn't matter we won't put it in anyway. Terrible service by boneheads

Have been sitting in there drive through for a half an hour just to get told they had a large order before me. Then an employee come over ask what I wanted then got yelled at by another employee they get to me as soon as they can 20 minutes later.

Amazing food, i recommend the jack. and white wine for the fish and cheese typeo and cheese on the Mac and cheese and the best part of it is just okay with the fries that are not okay with the fish cheese burger with fries

During the past month on at least 5 occasions the store has been closed in the middle of the day. On 2 different days last week I was told that they don't have multiple menu items as common as french fries and hamburger patties. So I drive to the O'fallon Main St location and they said they had already shut down the grill. This was around 3pm. The next day the store was just shut down completely. AVOID Jack in the Box altogether. I will never patronize this fast food restaurant no matter what the locations. Overpriced for the horrible service or rather lack of services!

Order online through Doordash an hour ago, the driver is indicating she has been there the last 20 minutes. Lights are on in the building but no one is there. The sign and even online ordering says its 10 pm. I called at 920 pm and no answer. Got the fax machine. After seeing some of the other comments, is this the trend for this location?

Cars are there but noone takes your order, answers the phone, or even comes to the drive thu window. This has happened 3 times. Once as I was leaving someone came out the back to smoke as I was driving off.

This place always has the longest wait to get your food.. Took me 30min to get my food. Every employee has a bad attitude. If I could give half a star I would.

The lady was very nice. My food was horrible I ordered a chicken fajita pita looked like it was stepped on. No salsa no sour cream. Service was good tho

I ordered on the app a week ago and when I got To The store they had a sign saying they were closed. Took my. Money and no one has gotten back in touch with me in nearly a week. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I understand staffing shortages but why be open if you're not going to take orders. This location has gone downhill over the last 5 years I don't even know how it's still open

Have attempted to use this location on two different occasions in the past 2-3 months or so. We’ve gone around 8pm and the hours listed on Google maps says this location is open until 10/11pm. Unfortunately, as others have echoed in their recent reviews, the lights are on in the location and it appears to be open as you drive past. In fact, we even saw employees inside. But when we drove up to the drive-thru, there was no response. No other cars in line. First time we went and this happened, we figured they must have just closed (someone was taking out the trash). The second time, we waited 5 minutes at the drive-thru with no answer, but as we drove away, we saw what appeared to be employees mulling around inside, all the lights on. I really feel for the owner of this location as I’d think they must be losing out on business because of this. And it’s just very strange that this has happened repeatedly and seems to be happening to other people, but nothing seems to have changed. If for some reason the location is really not open as late as Google says, then I’d recommend more reliably updating the hours (the one on Mid Rivers seems to change hours weekly, but at least I know when they’re open). I hope this location is able to have more consistent service in the future.

Pulled in to the drive thru at 7:45A and sat at the box for 5 mins and no one greeted us. We left after not being helped. Saw a worker inside, just choosing not to take our order. Car waiting behind us was served, so we pulled back around to try and give the benefit of the doubt. Was told the order in front of us (the car that was behind us. And the only other customer they had) was a larger order and they wouldn’t be able to take our order for 10-15 mins. Jack in box has great food. But unfortunately customer service has gone down at all locations around us. This was ridiculous.

Lady over the drive thru intercom told me to hold on and 15mns later never came back to the intercom and there was no other cars in line or at the drive thru window. This is ridiculous and I understand that there's a shortage in staff. Just say you can't help and I'll move on. Don't have me looking like a fool waiting for you to come back, because now I'm reporting it to BBB.

I do not recommend this location. If I could give it 0 stars I would. We gave it multiple chances and every time our order is either wrong or the food taste like it's been sitting for two days and thrown in the microwave. I understand it's fast food but I at least expect my food to be hot and somewhat fresh. Most of the people that work there either give you an attitude when you ask a simple question, or just won't help you in general. Went there multiple times around 9pm, where no one was taking orders, even though they close at 10pm. Our most recent visit we returned the food cause it was just inedible, soaked in grease so much it was bleeding through the bag, and tasted like it had been sitting all day, and was just luke warm. When we got to the drive through to get our refund they took forever, the manager didn't wanna do her job, and was trying to make the window person do it instead. Place needs an overhaul!!
