BEWARE!! Unauthorized tip added to my delivery order total...Ordered delivery to my job which was literally across the street on Piper hill drive and Executive Centre Prkwy. Walking distance! I didnt add a tip since I paid a $3 delivery fee anyway for a 2 minute drive. Paid with my cash app. Today, 1 day later, I received notification from Cash App that my transaction had been "updated" to include a 2$ tip...which I didnt authorize. My office orders from here all the time and I've never heard of this happening to anyone else...and my coworkers dont always tip either due to ease of our location to the restaurant. Food is expensive enough and I work too hard to have someone STEAL from me...I dont care if its only 2$, its the principle!

Great service and quality! I eat here often enough they even remember my name and order, and I've never been disappointed by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. They may slow down a bit when they're busy, but they often get entire bus fulls of people stopping in for lunch, and I've still never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for my order. With a full lobby, online orders, and only 2-4 people working at a time, that's a really fast wait time imo! Awesome staff, 10/10.

Ordered at 6:30pm it’s currently 7:48 and no food. Was told driver left with 16 orders 45 mins ago. If known this wouldn’t have ordered the food when called store was given explanation and not a response was expecting.

I went to Jimmy John's on 10/17 because I wanted to get some tasty food fast because it was late and we had not had dinner yet. As usual my sandwiches were made to order freaky fast.? The girl that made my unwich did a great job wrapping it up. In the past (not necessarily this location) they were not wrapped the greatest.
They had our catering order ready when we got there. It was alright. Not my preferred go to for sandwiches but a good change from chick fil a.

I realized I hadn't tried the Jalepeno Ranch Chicken Wrap, so I stopped by my preferred Jimmy John's location to correct that oversight. Fast and friendly service. Standard Jimmy John's decor. Clean and Tidy. Never had any problems here.

Better prices better sandwiches....So I went back tonight ,,it was not as good ,,hit and miss I call it.There was no adult in the store ...teenagers ....the girl didn't listen too my order ...and messed it up .....they were too busy turning up the music...no excuse!!!! I was the only customer in the store at the time.
