Let's start by entering the store, the interior feels as if I stepped back into the 90s and just seems dead. They have made mistakes on the order leaving out an entire chicken breast and changing out a wing for a thigh without asking.When they do give you the chicken you want it is dry and chewy as if it's been under a heat lamp for hours. I will give them another chance in the future but until then this review will stay.

Went through the drive thru and the girl on the speaker was very rude, she told us that they were out of Cole Slaw with an attitude, and told us it would be a 10 min wait for Mac and Cheese, got home Mac and Cheese was ice cold, chicken tenders were raw, overall bad experience with this location.

Place has construction going everywhere. Toilet sitting and curb out side. Ordered my food got told to park. Waited my whole half hour break for some somewhat warm fries. Chicken nuggets which I had no time to eat due to waiting my whole break. Went in tried to talk to manager who told me not to yell at her which I wasn't I was just talking normal but wasn't happy about wait. Got told to leave the store after asking for a refund, for the food I wasn't going to be able to eat. Extremely slow and poor customer service. Save your money not worth going I would be a few bucks richer and maybe happier if I would of read the reviews I give this place a grade f.

Seriously do not eat here, my daughter got lunch here yesterday and she said her chicken was greasy and tasted kinda of off. She woke up with food poisoning and had to miss school and work today. Based off by reviews I'm surprised place is still open!

Always out of something. White dude in drive thru was nice. Other dude with dreads was rude and short. Ended up leaving not getting anything. This is becoming a problem with this location. Rude employees and not wanting to prepare food.

Drive threw, old man very rude. I'm so sorry i inconvenience you with my business. My followers will see the review, hire better. Or train your employees to pretent to abe nice.. disappointed .. AN I wish I could say it's a one-off nope same old man angry... and I always have to wait 15 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches. Tottal joke. Fo better, or just close.
Did a online pick up for 5pm. I did so 2 hours before pickup time. I arrived at 5pm and then sat and waited for another 25 min while the staff was just standing around talking to each other hanging out while I sat there for my order to be ready. Ordered 3 chicken sandwich meals and 10 pc chicken. 2 out of the 3 fries with meal were cold and bucket of chicken cold. Sodas water down as ice melted. At least the chicken sandwiches were hot.

Top notch service and employees at this location. You ever wonder why every other drive thru is packed but this one isn't, wow is all I really can say. Small Mac and cheese cold 1 hockey puck biscuit that could probably knock someone out. I ask for a fresh one ( Devonte ) told me 2-5 mins this is after I had to go back to the window for a fork. Then handed me my biscuit they forgot with no bag just the wrapper. This isn't really the problem, with the service tonight..... after he said 2-5 minutes I UNDERHANDED the biscuit on the metal shelf where the window is barley made it on it. HERE comes crazy manager half way out the window cussing like a sailor at me saying I threw stuff at his cousin not even close to that. UNDERHANDED it and the employee wasn't even close to the window then they threw that rock hard biscuit at me hit me then the dash it explosion of biscuit everywhere!!!!!! As I started to pull away dude jumps over the counter and 3 of the EMPLOYEES came running out of the building at me with the intention to Harm no one tosses there hat screaming at someone get out of the truck cracker blank blank blank....... just to have a calm conversation. No they would have pulled me out of my vehicle if i had stopped!!!! who's cleaning my truck? All I wanted was fresh food guessing not at this location where you can't get gravy on the side. Will be contacting my lawyer about this.Parking: Na

What an amazing team. Today, I came into buy food for a warming center, and the gentleman at the counter was amazing. He helped me pick out the meal and was very accommodating. Perfect

Waited a few minutes in an empty drive thru for my order to be taken. Ordered only a large mashed potatoes. Did not receive large and I'm not sure what the gravy was, but it wasn't gravy.
