Gone here for years until today. The service the last 3 visits gets worse and it's due to youth and poor management. The basic concept of dinning out is recognition of customers and today there 3 people behind the counter - 1 on his phone desperately trying to avoid all contact, another girl at register playing with her shoes and what looked a manager at the other end register. None of them made eye contact OR said hello. Why would I spend money somewhere I don't feel welcome. 3rd time so I will no longer support this location. If you like being snubbed, go here.

Tried this out for the first time. Very good sandwich and salad, I'd definitely order again. The sweet tea they tout as famous is nothing to write home about. Pretty watered down, not very much tea flavor and really packed the sweet part of sweet tea. The club sandwich was great and the salad was plentiful in the 2fer meal they offer. The lady who took our order was not the friendliest person, especially to a new customer. She acted as if we should know what things were on the menu and sported an attitude about it. I'd eat here again overall.

This is my first time picking up from McAlister's after ordering online and I hated every second of it.It's not intuitive at all getting my stuff. The pick up counter is hidden and apparently the extra stuff like brownies that you order need to be picked up on the front counter separate from the pick up counter else you just won't get it??? Because it's not going to be put inside your order bag at all apparently. So I essentially wasted money on food I didn't get because you're just supposed to know where to get half of it.Not to mention it's 8 minutes away on my lunch break on the worst road in St. Peters. So no I can't just "come back in and get it". You have my drink on the take out counter, why not the cookies and brownies? Just stupid and disappointing

I recently went to McAllisters and was impressed with the whole online ordering process. The Rueben sandwich was plentiful and very tasty. I will be going back and I will recommend it to my friends and family.

The sandwich was delish, but a little cold. The chips were all broken. The soup was sub par, wouldn't recommend. The tortilla wrap was crumbly, but the inside was yummy. The salad was fresh as always. Service was good, though several tables needed to be wiped down. There were no signs or signals as to what to do with your plates when you're finished. You just leave them there and walk out full.

This was great experience and I didn’t get the employee name that helped us but she was excellent older lady with pony tail hospitality was just perfect will come again really enjoyed our food as well it was delicious and even though it wasn’t busy it was still a good amount of people in the restaurant but you wouldn’t have known unless u looked around because it was peaceful and quiet
