I placed an order online Friday night. I ordered a chicken nugget happy meal and a filet o fish meal. I requested curbside. When I got to the restaurant there weren’t many cars in drive thru. I pulled into space #1 on the app to let them know I was there. After sitting outside 15 mins I went in to get my food because no one was coming out. The staff wasn’t too friendly and I had to ask for a drink carrier because one wasn’t offered. Got home and the food was somewhat warm meaning my food had just been sitting when someone should’ve brought it out to me. A total waste of money. The filet o fish was part of the way on the bun and the rest was hanging off the bun. I threw the majority of it in the trash. My daughter ate her food because she was hungry. Fast food is truly sad nowadays

I ordered some food off door dash and my fries and cheeseburger was really cold it was about 10:10 pm at night This is unacceptable no one wants cold food waste of money stop serving cold old food

Trash service. Loss of interaction with customer due to register not being manned. Relying off electronic orders and kiosk ordering. This is a Dead franchise.

Stopped here on our way across the country and it was one of the most disappointing McDonald's we've ever been to. It was very dirty,service was extremely slow as the employees were more interested in hanging out with friends visiting, even tho we were the only customers it took a long time to get out food.Even for a McDonald's the food tasted old like it had been ore made, which seemed odd considering how slow they were. Thankfully I now live almost 2k miles from that store and will most likely never have to visit again. However,for those of you who live in that area, godspeed brave people...maybe Wendy's or BK is a better choice!
