The “manager” Katie was a literal joke. I walked in and asked if anywhere was good for me, my dad, my son and husband to sit. She said I’m not allowed to sit. There is no sign on the door, or anything indicating understaffing. My dad who is an elder man says “can we please sit, we will clean up the mess, and tip you” and she loudly blows up into a tangent about how she has been awake since 2 in the morning, has kids and doesn’t want to do it all. That was her reason for refusing service. I then asked if I could get a general manager’s name or phone number and she called the police telling them we were being loud and hostile with her, so I get my phone out and record it saying “I’m recording this so I can back myself up to the officers and to your management when the time comes since it looks like I’m dealing with a compulsive liar.” I made my husband and my son go get in the car. The police were there and even said “if she is refusing service, I do not have any power to help although I would advise you and your friends/family to not give your business to this place if this is how they want to treat people” as a regular there, I will NEVER EVER AGAIN step foot in this place. You have to be desperate to hire someone like Katie. Katie, you need to be trained on being a lot more professional, appropriate, & work on leader skills because you don’t have any of it.

I was greeted as I walked in. The food and tables were clean. The menu contained all the favorites from my memories. The large super supreme thin crust pizza arrived shortly after I ordered. The taste was just like I remember. It is good to know that I can still get a great pizza at a good price.

I haven't ordered from Pizza Hut in a long time but decided to stop on my way home from work at the Mexico Rd location. I was a little frustrated because the website was so slow when I was ordering...it took me 30 minutes to place my order online. I pulled up to curbside and didn't take long for it to come out. The gentleman that brought it out was great and customer service on point but when I got home ( 30 minutes away ) and opened my boxes I was highly disappointed. They were dry, over cooked and not good at all. Except the thin crust pizza that was ok..I probably won't be back to this location or any other for awhile

Ordered wings, got home and they were tenders, was not asked if I wanted bone in or not. Then noticed the next day they charged me an extra 7 dollars I guess for a tip? I went in and ordered and took home myself.

We dined in, which appears to be rear these days, and we couldn't have had a better experience. Amy was our server, and she was incredible. Welcoming, friendly, professional, and the food great. You can tell whoever made it cared. We live about 15 miles from this location and plan to go back in the near future.

I think kindergarten students communicate better. The service is poor to low. They mess up your order with a guilt. They don't care if you walk out and take your business elsewhere.

While trying to complete a delivery order, a man asked for a name for the order, I tell him my name, and then the phone hangs up. I called back,..I still waiting past 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone as I send this review. I know I'm new to the neighborhood but I really don't feel like cooking tonight or going out.. please answer the phone.
