We had not ordered from pizza hut for years but we thought we would try it after seeing their ads. That was a big mistake. The people were nice enough and the large veggie pizza was $26.we we really hoping it would be loaded with toppings, but were sadly disappointed after being able to count how few of the 1/4 inch cubes of tomato and a few pieces of onion there were on it. It was the worst pizza we had eaten in a long time. Can't really say much more than that. VERY dissatisfied.

Ordered delivery at 9pm. Waited 20 minutes, they sent the order to DoorDash. 10 minutes later it arrives, without the double order of breadsticks or sauces. You can tell they were holding onto the food before sending it out with DoorDash. Smh.

Sends us the wrong delivery order, accuses us of lying until she finally took our phone number, then admitted they sent us the wrong food and sent us the correct order presumingly late and cold. TERRIBLE STORE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We'll stick to papa johns from now on.

Intense & EXTREMELY disrespectful for quite literally no reason. I was the only customer there with an online order & the woman at the front desk was insanely rude & short with me from the get go. Immediately after that she proceeded to laugh/scream at a woman who was obviously having a difficult time ordering due to broken English. She was completely unwilling to help, just continued to literally SCREAM the same things at this poor woman over an over. I’ve never encountered this kind of behavior, especially unprovoked & at the work place. I’m sure making pizzas can be stressful but your customers are not the outlet to take it out on.

Went in and only the shift manager was working very friendly she was very quick got my food and looked just like the pictures and it was delicious too definitely would recommend this Pizza Hut as long as the shift manager is there best service I've gotten from a Pizza
Pizza was cold. We got the two medium three topping deal? Two pizzas with driver tip ended up costing $40.00. $32.84 for the pizzas alone.First off, the pizza was cold and didn't seem to have much for sauce on it. The thin crust was like a cracker with a few toppings and minimum of cheese. Barly edible. The original hand tossed crust was the same with hardly any sauce and very few toppings (for ordering three of them). We were very disappointed to say the least.

Never any delivery drivers, so order gets canceled more than actually getting your order. If you want to pick up maybe order from here. I guess the $5 delivery charge should get paid to hire drivers instead of the company keeping the money and the drivers relying on the tip money or maybe pay me $5 for picking it up since I'm using my own car, gas and insurance. Plus the app crashes every time you try to use it. Keep on losing customers and we'll have another empty pizza hut location out of business in the area.

Pizza Hut on Jungerman Road in St. Peters, MO, is outstanding. The food is always hot & fresh, and the employees are kind and courteous. They go over and above to please!!

You may have a different experience but my pizza looked like it was punted out the car and then kicked down the street before it got my house. Then the wings I ordered were wrong. You drop 40 bucks on a pizza and wings you expect to get 40 dollars worth of food.

The current set of employees are pretty d**** I got redirected to 3 different stores with 6 different employees 2 for each location. Apparently none of then know how to spell meadow.(lol) I had to slow spell it to them! For them all to say I'm out of delivery range. I guess .3 of a mile is out of range.
