When you spend $63.00 and delivery says 12:25-12:35 you should have your food by 12:45. At 1:15 we called and just got “it’s out for delivery”. Then I got silence when I asked why they wouldn’t call us to tell us the delivery was delayed no apology nothing.Best part when we got our order-1 hour late-it was cold so that tells me we doubled up the delivery driver with orders to save a buck.If I wanted cold a** food we would have used door dash. Do better people if you can’t handle the delivery orders then shut them off. I shouldn’t have cold food for $63.00 and I can bet I wasn’t the only one.

Have ordered three times from here. Food has always been good, but the delivery is terribly inconsistent. The first time we ordered, it arrived 40 minutes late. Second time was right on time - maybe even a couple minutes early. Tonight was the third time and it was 50 minutes late. No more delivery from this store for us. We can't depend on them. We'll try carryout and hope for better results.

Store front only for pick ups. Visited late at night but I felt the inside could have been a lot cleaner/neater. Friendly & helpful customer service. Hate their call in order service!!!
This location was an old eat in location. It's nothing to write home about. I have heard some of the old school stores are coming back. So maybe atmosphere could change.The food I had delivered was hot and amazing. Thanks. Keep it up!!

No consistency from order to order. The problem with this location is there isn’t any consistency at all. My family regularly orders the exact same pizza Medium Cheese, pan crust, extra cheese, with light sauce. Depending on the day it may come out perfect as ordered, but more often than not I’d estimate 8 out of 10 orders the pizza arrives without much cheese and too much sauce. This particular order the pizza arrived with very little cheese and way too much sauce, even after adding comments in the comment area to do extra light sauce. Some form of quality control training needs to happen at this location. When I am able to order from other locations I don’t see the incorrectness of my order and inconsistency with my order that comes from this location.Kid-friendliness: Not a place to take a kid, inside is not very clean and shouldn’t allow dining inside even though they have tables that suggest you could

We placed a order at 11 :30 she answered the phone with a snarky hate my life attitude said about 15 min showed up little later than that was told she canceled the order and that she "SAID 15 MINUTES"! with a bigger smug attitude on top of turning the lights off when we pulled up I will never come back here and will warn others if you wanna get treated like you are stupid to come to this location ...

Had not been at pizza hut for years..my grand son ask if he could have pizza ? ..I went and they have remodeled it..The lady taking the order and cooking the food was really nice...I know we will be going back..
They changed the look of things and when l called the staff was rude. Not rdering from them again.

This is my local Pizza Hut, I have ordered from them numerous times and without fail each time I order every employee I have ever interacted with has been incredibly kind and friendly. Just today 08/10/23 (.75 wing day which I'm sure is chaotic) I called over the phone to order delivery and I remembered I had been given store credit on my phone number a few months ago from an incident with a past order. Unbeknownst to me that credit had expired, fortunately I had the pleasure of meeting Patrick (I hope I've got the right spelling) he was incredibly kind to me and helped me out when he definitely did not need to. I've only had positive interactions with this location!
