Ordered 15 minutes ahead for drive thru pickup.When I arrived they were just starting to prepare order. Apparently only 1 employee in the business trying to cover everything. More employees showed up later. One employee was wearing a company shirt that looked like it was worn for at least 3 days.One of our items wasn't even available so had to substitute.

I used to love this place to eat But after $5000 worth of damage on my car in a pothole in the parking lot .And no one there, taking responsibility or doing anything about it ? I will not visit this place again.

I ordered here off of doordash and they didn’t have SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICHES like how do you not have your top selling item but that’s not it. The next day after I got my credits I decide to get the 5pc tender deal AND THEY WERE OUT OF TENDERS. I work in the food industry and it is not that hard to order stock and estimate how much you need for the week. I have no idea what’s going on up there but y’all definitely need some correction.

horrendous service. please do not go here. employees are extremely disrespectful, they have their airpods and don’t say anything. the only one doing their job was the guy cooking. everything else was terrible and i do NOT recommend going to this establishment if you can even call it that.
Waited inside for about 7 minutes to take my order. No employee came to the counter and no employee acknowledged us. If your busy, say something. Let your customers know you will be with them shortly. Something. Anything besides ignoring us. Left without food. No one to wait on us.

If you can't prepare foods that look like your commercials then you shouldn't advertise, consumers buy food based on perception and when you see food advertised on TV that's what you're expected to be served Popeyes has really fallen down in service,quality,taste etc. and its not just one store it's multiple restaurants they charge you for things and don't give them to you aside from the giant pothole on the parking lot, very disappointing maybe spend less money on advertising and more on developing better customer serviceParking: Parking lot was dangerous to drive or walk on.

I don't think they have ever gotten my order right. Be sure to have the person taking your order read it back to you AND double check it before you leave the pickup window. And when you do have a problem with the order, which you will, don't expect a good response. Customer Service here is awful.

Worst location I have ever been to and that is saying something with Popeye's Chicken as most locations provide horrible service and very very disappointing staff. If you have the opportunity to skip this location I absolutely would. It is literally like rolling the dice if they will even be open or have any chicken available and keep in mind this is a chicken restaurant that tells you at least 50% of the time that they don't have chicken. Even something as simple as getting a soda they will tell you that they're out of it and all they have is tea. 1,000% unequivocally this location should have their franchise rights stripped from them.
