I don't know WHY I keep giving this place a chance. I've NEVER seen worse customer service, I've NEVER seen a restaurant that NEVER has food. The menu board in the drive-thru doesn't even work! I don't understand HOW or WHY they're still open.

13 dollars for 5 piece chicken tender combo. I waited 10 mins for food, chicken and fries were cold. I asked for my drink and was ignored with the worker closing the door. If you don't like your job find something else. Very rude and unprofessional.

As a delivery worker, I typically steer clear of Popeyes due to past experiences, but this time I had another order linked to the restaurant.Upon my arrival, I found the order hadn't even been initiated, and to make matters worse, an employee approached me with a sour attitude, taking his sweet time to prepare the food.When he finally handed over the order, he insisted I confirm it, despite there being an option in the app requiring a photo of the receipt.The employee adamantly claimed such an option didn't exist, but I showed him on my phone, yet still, he persisted in asking for confirmation.Fed up, he carelessly tossed the receipts onto the counter, once again demanding confirmation. I promptly took the necessary photo and confirmed the order, eager to move on from the frustrating encounter.I did expressed my dissatisfaction with his poor customer service, emphasizing my disbelief that such a company would hire him with that attitude.

They need to close the doors atleast the drive thru every time it's a 20min wait for chicken and that's what they do there should not be a wait for chicken

This place let me down over the last few years but it appears the Popeyes I loves my whole life is back! They were busy when we arrived but everyone was super chill. Phil waited on us and was great. Food was fresh and perfect and didn't take long at all. Exactly what we ordered! Gotta mention Phil again. He killed it!

This is a PSA to the employees at this restaurant. If you don't have regular chicken, it's not okay to sub out spicy. Children can't always eat spicy chicken. In addition, you should not substitute bone in wings for chicken tenders or vice versa. If you don't have it, then make it. Seems simple enough.
Waited 40 MINUTES at the drive thru for my 12 piece tenders meal!! How is that even possible? The guy who took the order was so rude. I will NEVER come back to this Popeyes.

We have been here twice in the past month. One time it was going to be at least a 20 minute wait. This last time after being asked to wait we did for 10 minutes and then left. We live in the neighborhood and have not heard anything good about this location.
Literally screwed up my one sandwich forgot my bacon cant come back up there just went there to grab lunch they shouldn't be scamming people out of stuff they

How are you out of everything every time I go there (twice)?1. Bathrooms were gross. Trim was falling off in certain areas of the dining room. There was this black grease all over the table edge. Thick black grease.2. Ordering was if the guy didn't want to be there or if he even cared.3. Soda machine was out of syrup for some of the flavors.4. No sporks available anywhere.5. No indication of what sandwiches were spicy or regular.6. Told me they only had enough fries for one order.7. Im pretty sure they used the same spoon for red beans and rice as they do for the mash potato's.This is the second time I've been here. Went the first time when they opened up and it was a disappointment. Figured I'd give it another try after a year or so. Well that was a mistake lol. I can honestly say I'm never going back to this place.

I'm not sure what it is but every Popeyes I've been to has rude people running the drive thru. This location was no different. They are very short with you and have no customer service skills whatsoever. The strawberry lemonade tasted like it had been about a week old. It wasn't all bad though. When I asked for napkins through the window the gentleman was super nice and full of customer service skills! The food was correct, minus not having napkins in the bag, and it was delicious!!

What can I say? This place has made a complete 360! The staff working there now is phenomenal! The number of times I have gone in for DoorDash orders, and they get me out the door super fast!Phil deserves a massive raise. He has taken the initiative to go above and beyond numerous times. He is ALWAYS someone you can count on. Popeyes, you better up his pay. You want to keep him around!
