Oh man, was I craving food one morning at work. Our vehicle wouldn't fit through the drive-thru so I called in an order in the parking lot. The woman who answered was so nice, I know she was busy and I didn't know you could order online. She totally didn't care but still informed me. My food came out quick and we pulled away. 1 minute later I got a call and she had given me someone else's sandwich. Totally fine. Things happen and she was busy! I went back and she let me keep the other, gave me my original order and placed my tip back in the bag.....I had no idea she did this until we got about 20 minutes away. The sandwich was awesome. Hit the spot, and the staff was so friendly. I will definitely be back!

Always great to stop by Pretzel stop, delicious food! Just get there before they close as they do close sooner than other fast food places.Parking: Odd entrance for this business. You would almost miss it from the Wendy's side as there is a large bush in the way. When people leave this business, pay attention to this area so you don't get into an accident. I've had a few close calls exiting PS.

Long line unnecessaryShe said it was because you were short staffed nothing about registers breaking.When preorder for birthdays it would be nice to have a runner since there’s all those staff all standing around
