Just disappointed all around, they have taken king crab off the menu, the lobster is extremely expensive but decent. Another big thing to me is every side other than supper basic is an up charge, ceaser salad used to come with almost every meal especially the bigger ones now it's extra. I got a baked potato with the lobster sauce and chunk add on that appeared to smother the potato on the menu, but came out a very small potato with a small table spoon of the lobster topping that was like 5.99 extra. I know it's not all their fault with the price of food going crazy, but it was disappointing.

Waited a long time. Food over priced and nasty. Service was slow and the drink I ordered was so gross.

I see why they’re declaring bankruptcy. Hardly no one in there but slow service. Wrong food brought but no compensation offered for the mistake. Poor communication from waiter who did not explain that he changed our order and would disappear for 20 minutes at a time. Not sure the drinks had any actual alcohol in them. Just a terrible experience all around. Won’t be going back.

The food was Red Lobster. The warm biscuits were awesome though. I told our server that I had allergies as soon. as we sat down. He assured me no problem, my food wouldn't come into contact with my allergen. I asked several times about cross contamination, he reassured me each time. A few bites iI start having an allergic reaction and subsequently sick for 2 days.

Waitress was AWFUL. Shelley at the St. Peters, MO Red Lobster is unfriendly, bossy and rude. She brought out drinks and couldn't remember who ordered what. She was giving salads to the wrong people in our group of 7. She brought main courses out and was asking who got what. She was slow and kept telling us to wait. This was at noon on a Tuesday, there were 3 tables full in the whole dining room. They pushed two tables together for our group of 7, we arrived about 11:20, restaurant had just opened at 11:00 and in the spot where the table was that they moved was food all over the carpet that wasn't cleaned up from the night before. Food was ok but service was horrible, Shelley needs to find a different line of work or needs to be retrained in customer service.

The food was delicious and cooked correctly. Portion size was good. The salads were outstanding for size, somehow the Parmesan cheese had a flat taste as well as the dressing. The mushrooms and flounder could use a little more substance in the filling. The biscuits aren't quite what they used to be. On the plus side, we enjoyed lobster, crab, shrimp and steak in our dining party. The waitress did a great job! They had an area of the restaurant closed, in spite of having to wait 45 minutes, leading to the possibility of understaffing on a Friday night during Lent! There was no bartender when we arrived. The seating seemed personal, not too much noise interference from other tables.Parking: Even for a Friday night during Lent, there was ample parking not to far from the front door.Kid-friendliness: At a table near us, they provided plastic drinking glasses with lids and straws.
