Coolest thing ever - just be prepared to wait and that's if you can catch them open - but it is a pretty cool process to watch .

My child wanted some “Dragon’s Breath” from Snow Factory. We stood there for 20 minutes and nobody ever came up front to take the order. I said “Hello?!”. No reply. The lights are on but nobody is home.

So very fun, delicious, and unique! They make the ice cream right in front of you. The kids LOVED it!

Wonderful and fun place to visit. Ice cream was great!
The guy works at the coffee shop across the food court you have to ask him to come over there if lights are on in the back

Step 1: Open an ice cream in the mall.Step 2: Don’t bother staffing it.Step 3: ???Step 4: Profit.Seriously, is this a front for something? A money laundering scheme? How is this a business?

The Mid River's Mall location has one guy working. The coffee place in on the other side of the chairs in the food court...He works there as well.He tries his best to accommodate both places well.He is incredibly nice and will make your ice cream as you would want.Yes I know, there should be more workers.I don't make their rules.Just be happy with what you get. It's very worth it. Very good tools or cream!

I have been waiting for about an hour at 1 on a Saturday. There is product sitting out but no workers at all. The lights are on in the back and the TVs and menu board are on but no one to take my order.
