We came in, around 2pm Monday, July 5. We were 2nd in line. The sandwich artist apologized for the wait. She let us know she was by herself and was working on getting someone to come in. We let her know we were needing six sandwiches. She said no problem. The guy behind me was getting 3 and told me it was fine. We were up. By the time she had the bread prepared for my first sandwich, her help arrived!! Good thing, because 3 more people came in!! They really worked like a team. Checking, re-checking and moving along!! It was beautiful and EVERYONE was happy. EVERYBODY got what they wanted. SIX OF US!!! Thank you!!❣

Went there about 20 minutes before they closed and the door was already locked. I could see the guys looking out from the back. Tried to call and they didn't pick up the phone. They kept looking out from the back to see if I was still there. At 8:45 they turned the lights off and continued to look out from around the corner of the backroom. This was on Wednesday June 16th of 2021. Needless to say I will be contacting the manager and Subway corporate.

This is a fantastic Subway location. The food is great and the staff are exceptionally friendly and courteous. This location is also exceptionally clean and Covid- conscious. Fresh.

I ordered online and when I got home with my meal and took the first bite I noticed a weird texture in the chicken. I opened the sandwich to discover oddly colored chicken. It had a blueish/green tint and when you ripped it open it was still bloody in the middle??? I’ve tried to call 10 times now but all I receive is a fax tone...I would really like to speak to a manger regarding this situation...especially considering I purchased 2 chicken sandwiches. So not just one sandwich, but two wasted. Not to mention I’m pregnant so I was really looking forward to enjoying this meal.

If I could give NO Stars I would! Horrible customer service experience. I paid online & placed an order through Subway app. My families order was sloppy made and not made correctly. I reached out to manger and team leader after returning food to this location and was told I would receive a refund after 24hrs back onto my card. After days later still haven't received anything! Called back to inform manger Laura of my situation and she complained to me that she had a family emergency and had alot going on and that she had to talk to the owner of this subway to see what she could help me with. I'm thinking how are you a manger and don't know how to manage something so simple as making sure your customers are satisfied and taking care of. Worst Subway I've ever been to.! Don't waste your time and money at this location. They need new leadership!

I use Grubhub on a weekly basis to get our order from this Subway site. They treat me so wonderfully. Grubhub recently changed the way you order and you can no longer leave notes/comments. I am diabetic and can only drink diet coke, only regular coke is available on the site. I also use lite mayo which is no longer an option. Well these wonderful folks know my order and make sure i get my diet coke and lite mayo. I just want to thank them for this great service.In addition, my order is always on time and absolutely delicious.
