Never had an issue here and I order taco bell more than I care to admit. Modifications are always accurate, good service as well. Today 4/5/24, they had some issue with the computers and all staff were very apologetic for the wait. Lady at the counter let me get a free drink even. There still are decent people in food service!

Food was pretty good. Service not so much. Guy taking care of us in drive thru looked like the grouch. A smile goes a long way. Atmosphere? What atmosphere? Couldn't tell you the last time I was able to sit down and eat in the lobby, instead of parking and eating in my vehicle. I'm about to stop getting food from all the places that will only serve drive thru.

Covid is over, open your lobby so GrubHub and Door Dash delivery drivers aren’t unexpectedly waiting for 30 minutes at the drive through and hurting their pay rate or how many orders they can take on through the day. Not to mention food just sitting there getting cold.

This place is seriously a scene from the movie Idiocracy. The staff lets the front computers handle everything, and will not even speak to the customers. The food from my order was done, and all I needed was my two drinks. They set the food out, and I said, "Hi, I ordered two drinks, too." the woman looked at me and just shrugged.I said, "Okay, can I get my drinks?" she pretended not to hear me.I said, "Seriously, could someone please just make my drinks?"Again, she pretended not to hear me. Mind you, she was a few feet from me, and had already acknowledged that she could in fact hear me by looking at me and shrugging at my first question.I ended up leaving without my drinks.I will never go back here, and if this is just how restaurants are, now, I'll make my meals at home. Screw this nonsense. That said, the Taco Bell on the south end of Mid Rivers has MUCH better service. Avoid this one at all costs.

Quality and Service were exceptional here. I don't particularly like it when you must use a kiosk (no option to order from the counter), but it made a difference in quality and service that more workers were preparing food.Parking: Limited yet adequate parking
