Stopped for lunch and I always get the spicy chicken sandwich meal but this time I was disappointed. My chicken had a weird crisp to the meat and it wasn't the breading.

At 8:30 in the morning, only one employee visible and working, lots of yelling and laughing inside. We waited 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches. We received cold sandwiches and the biscuit was raw with burnt bacon.

Showed up before closing hours, a rude woman said “We don’t have anything made for you” and claimed that they had started closing since they didn’t have anyone for 45 minutes. She started raising her voice until I’d had enough. Whoever this woman might be is the perfect example of what a low standard, hateful, rude to costumers, and disrespectful fast food worker looks like.I have experience working in the food industry and I know for a fact that closing before hours without a notice is a violation to their hours to the public, as well as speaking to a costumer in that tone should never be tolerated.

The baconator did taste good. It did not look anything like the image. Even the bun was different. So pretzel bun!. Whole I know the burger was cooked to order tje fries had been out to long.

Horrible service …the manager older Caucasian lady did not have a name badge on duty was very rude.. shedenied my refund due to the inability to listen effectively when taking orders and running customers she made an error on my drinks When I came in for her to correct them she was very very aggressive and agitated…I will not come back to this location, the manager also failed to provide Gm contact info when asked
