I went to Taco Bell and got my order at 10:51pm I ordered three cantina tacos and I'm almost positive that these are regular tacos I've ordered the cantina tacos a few times since they brought them out and one of them had no sour cream on them they were not in the little cardboard boxes that they have my tacos were all broken up and they were cold like they had been sitting there and when I called up there to Taco Bell and sugar Creek all they could tell me is well they have people training on the line but at least try to correct the situation for $9 for ,3 cheap tacos you should be able to make them right and one of them I ordered steak and I really havetwo pieces of steak on my taco come on now

Kinda slow, but what do you expect? At least they're not crapping in the beans like they caught one guy doing a few years ago!! No real problems, just a little bit better than a 3 star. But it's taco bell. Breakfast sauce is good!

I went there last night... and no surprise they shorted my order of my order... I go there once a week probably and they short my order more than they don't short my order... and then on top of that they say do you want any sauce I said yes I had $37 worth of food they gave me one package of hot sauce ...only one.. plus they left at 2 beef burritos with extra beef and those were mine that's why I'm not very happy..
I went to pickup a door dash order. Order wasn't even started when I arrived. One female staff member apologized for the wait, stated they are very short staffed. Even with additional staff called in they were very slow considering the business was not busy. The dasher ahead of me was having issues when I arrived, food not sealed. Hopefully they can hire more staff to alleviate the current members appearing burned out.
