We had a 7:30 reservation. Were seated at 8:05. Server came over at 8:15 ordered drinks, they were served at 8:45. We ordered dinner. They were out of everything we wanted. It was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I'm a wine member, and feel I should have had some sort of precedence over other people waiting.

Front staff was not very helpful aside from checking in. Arrived about 30 min early and was suggested 5 minutes wait before seating and we were sat 5 minutes before our original reservation. No suggestion of the bar or tasting bar during our wait. Service was very slow (there a total of 2.5 hours), and a nearby table spotted a large bug (dime sized) on the floor by their table. It was later stepped on by staff and no one seemed to notice. Steak was ordered medium and came out level or two over cooked. Similar service issues at other locations, probably won't go again.

I've been to Cooper's hawk numerous times, we celebrate our anniversary there every year. But this experience made me feel like an inconvenience to our server. I'm 8 months pregnant and drink a lot of water and my glass was constantly empty. When she would finally come around she would ask if I wanted more even though our food hadn't even come yet, of course I would like more but it seemed like she was hoping I'd say no. Our food took 45 plus minutes and we weren't told until about 5 minutes before they brought the food out that it was taking a long time. Just overall very disappointed. We are wine of the month members and my husband asked for a sheet to write down the wines he'd like to pick up and she never brought one. Very inattentive

Great food, nice ambiance. Our server (I don't remember her name! No!) was fantastic. My group and I talked for an hour catching up before we ordered and she was attentive but also gave us space.

Very loud and good wad mediocre. I have been numerous times and now getting really annoyed by the difficulty communicating with friends when there. They really need to add some noise mitigation.

First time trying this restaurant as several people have raved about how great it is. I would say I’m not so sure as it may have been an off night but it was just alright. Had a reservation at 7:30 and didn’t get sat till 7:45 ish. I am understanding it was a busy Saturday night but no hey we are sorry or we are running behind nothing from the host. When seated we waited 10 mins or longer to be greated with are so friendly and welcoming sever Chelsie. It’s as if we were an inconvenience to her. She was on a inattentive to are table as she disappeared for most of our meal as we needed water refills and maybe an extra drink. The food was alright nothing wow’ed us. With being restaurant management for over 20 years customer service comes first and for how this is a nicer establishment I would expect better service than apple bees. If you are considering this place and another I would opt for the other.

My husband and I had an amazing time. The food was A+. Morgan and Tori made our evening even better. The restaurant was very busy, but they made us feel like we were the only people there.

We don't have Cooper's Hawk where we live so we make this an annual visit when we are in St. Louis - and once again were not disappointed. Appetizers were excellent (Caprese and Italian Sausage/Burrata Flatbreads) and everyone's meal was delicious. Wish CH would come to Eastern Tennessee!

Lovely experience for special occasions! We have been Wine Club members & fans of this restaurant since June of 2014! Spent a short weekend in STL, we always enjoy our dining experience here. My wife chose for dinner Trio of Beef Medallions & I the Filet Mignon medium rare. Her wine was the Lux Cab and mine the Barrel Reserve Cab. Dessert was the chocolate cake & ice cream. Background noise was on the heavy side - the only distraction.

Our night out was very enjoyable. I do wish they would go back to tasting room reservations as it's so crowded some nights that it's hard to get a spot for a tasting. My only complaint was that they were out of the cheeseboard appetizer again. They have been out on several visits and it's one of my favorites and it's super disappointed that we can't get what we want
