The food was delicious!! Our waitress was kind, patient and lovely. Our service was fast!!!!!The hostess had so much bitterness in her heart, I felt sorry for her. It took her 3 minutes to see the we had arrived at the restaurant. When she finally sat us, she did so with a scowl, while mocking us and saying rude comments. During our meal, I saw her throwing the phone into the hostess stand with a loud bang, making fun of the customers out loud for not closing the doors like they are too stupid to see the sign and making everyone around her walk on eggshells. To the owners of this restaurant, your waitstaff is stressed out by this lady, your customers meals and experiences are being effected, and she is toxic to your business. She ruined our experience here.

I went to Hearth Room Cafe for a bridal shower. We had three choices for food and I got the West Coast Club. It was very good! However, my sister got the Chicken Salad Pie and I tried a bite. It was soooo good. I want to come back and get that next time! The servers were very friendly as well.

This was our first time here and what a quaint, wonderful place with great staff and great food. Very reasonable prices. Will definitely be back.!
