Always friendly staff, recommending different beers. Great atmosphere very laid back. Different events with the brewery are so great for the community with the garlic fest & tomato and the brewery classes. Very well thought out events for kids and adults which is great. The shop is cool if you're into home brewing or no someone who is.

I was able to buy wine making supplies. Dave ordered items that I needed and I was able to pick them up at the store to save the cost of shipping.

Small local microbrewery that really caters to the personal experience. We got to chat with the brewmasters, Taste a few special releases (which of course we bought) and just enjoy a few really well made beers!

The people who work here are always super nice and helpful with purchasing brewing supplies. My S.O. and I are new at it and they actually seem excited to help us figure things out. The pricing is reasonable and it's easy to find things. I did wish the had a more robust cider making selection, though I know it wouldn't be as popular a the beer stuff. The brewery part is very small (I saw someone call it a "nano-brewery" lol!) but the bar is nice and they have a nice selection. They can't serve beer on Sundays but their hours are good otherwise. Again, my only qualm was wanting more not-beer options :)

Good selection on everything you'd need.

Great place to stop in and pick up some brewing supplies and have a beer sitting on a cozy couch. Very friendly and helpful staff. Grateful to have a place like this in STL!

Joel was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He made my experience at steampunk the best. I think my husband and I will come back just to talk to Joel.

Nice vibe. Only down side is the emphasis seems to be more on beer over wine, especially in the store pub. It would be great to be able try the wine list before purchasing if they made them there to sell or sample.

The home brew side of the store closes at 6! Only the bar part is open late.Great selection of ingredients and great prices. The staff was really helpful. And the rewards program will help me save even more money. I have always ordered my ingredients online but will be coming here from now on. The prices for everything I bought were comparable or cheaper than online prices. And I like that I could buy grain by the oz, because I didn't need a whole pound of a specialty grain.
