It's gas station Mexican food. A step below Taco Bell. Don't do it. When I asked the employee what she recommends, she replied "oh I don't eat this stuff"...that was my first red flag.

Pretty good for gas station tacos. Been to this gas station a couple of times, well kept and clean. The workers at blue taco are friendly and informative! They have free samples on mondays, starts at 11:30am pretty good proportions too! The reason for a 3 star rating: not as good as chipotle/Qdoba or Taco Bell. But an ok alternative to Taco Bell because it’s fast service here. Just lacking seasoning.

Had Blu Taco for the first time today. Everything was so tasty, but the salsa verde was SUPERB, great flavor. Sadly they were out or the pulled pork, so I got chicken instead and it was delicious. What a hidden gem.

I wish there were more locations but unfortunately there are not. I drive over 30 minutes just to come to this location because they are very good tacos.I like that whenever I get the three tacos and I only want cheese they put a hefty amount of cheese on them and are not shy. The shelves are pressed right there in front of you and are super warm and the meat is always fresh.He staff is always super friendly and always talking to you, they go out of their way to be friendly and get to know you. It's unique to say you went to this location as well - because of the name and of course the blue tacos - definitely recommend checking it out

Gas station food service. Not on par with Qdoba or Chipotle but a step up from Taco Bell. Had a few items ready for grab-n-go if you're in a hurry but will make food to order. I had a bowl with pulled pork. I'd like to see a few more choices of toppings. $7 included a fountain drink.
