I was ignored for 10 min and then they gave me someone else’s pizza and they ran to my car to get that pizza back my wing order was short I got 21 instead of 24 wings

Worst experience everI ordered 3 large pizzas,1 big bottle of soda and 1 small bottle of soda. The delivery guy delivered 2 pizzas and no soda. When I asked him about the missing pizza and sodas he told me he was off the clock and (he was really rushing off) he told me to talk to the store manager about it.. I called up the store idk who was on the other side he listened to my issue and told me he will talk to the delivery guy and will update me on the situation.. I waited for 15-20 mins and then I called at least 4 times but nobody answered (the store could be busy I can understand that) though it was 11 pm.. my house was full of guests.. then it was the 5th or the 6th call when they finally answered my call and again Idk who that rude man was he said he made 3 pizzas and the delivery guy has delivered it and I am like what no he didn’t. You might have made it but we didn’t get the pizza or the soda so he responded I can understand about the sodas but 3 pizzas were delivered and I am like not at all sir we haven’t received 3 pizzas.. And that man had the audacity to say that I am spewing lies to get free food and he will send me the money back to my account. I was in complete disbelief with that response I have never had such an experience before so I had to put this on the internet so that others can be careful about this particular branch of pizza hut.. that man was condescending he owes me the money and he was behaving as if we were in the wrong. The delivery guy was unprofessional I tipped 8% of the total amount to him.. i have so many times from pizza hut but this was the last time for sure.. the big thing wasn’t that we dint get the correct order it was the way that man handled the situation. Such a shame..

I'm actually traumatized FOR the employees that work there. Manager was hostile not only towards the customers, but his workers as well. I used to get mad when they would mess up my order because they were clearly all high but now I don't blame them lmao

The pizza is always good and if there is a problem they will try to make it right. The pandemic has had lasting effects on the service industry and they don't have an easy job. I do think the website needs work but that is by no means the manager or the employees fault.

These guys are great they went out of their way to help me and get the order right as it was a very large order for a big luncheon for one of my customers. I picked it up and they loaned me warming bags to take so that the pizza stayed warm I highly recommend these guys

Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this location. Workers move slower than my grandpa taking a dump. Average delivery time is around 1-2 hours. Decided to give this place multiple chances after one long delivery and the long deliveries just kept coming in. When you call them they always say they're working on but nobody is falling for that BS it shouldn't take past an 1 hour to get one single pizza. Stay away from this location and order at a different pizza hut

Ordered our pizza on the way home. Wanted to pick it up and make it home for a show on tv. They told us on the phone it would be 20 minutes. We showed up in 25 minutes. The manager at the front took my cash and said it would be 5 more minutes because the pizza was still in the oven. That was a lie. After setting in the front. The manager found the pizza 20 minutes later setting in the lower warmer, he only checked the upper warmer when I showed up. So to sum up. We missed our show and paid for a cold ass pizza. I called back to them when I got home because it was so cold. The kid manager said if I really wanted a free pizza he could give us one. Instead of just offering a refund or another pizza. He wants me to make the decision. Last time to this Pizza Hut.

Forgot how much I love pizza hut. It was amazing how quick the turn around was (like 15 minutes after online order)
This is my favorite pizza place. I have lived in the neighborhood for 10+ years and order from here regularly and only once did I have a pizza that I wasn't completely happy with. Except for that one time, there are plenty of toppings and the pizza is always ready for pickup when stated. Staff is friendly.

My partner and I were having a rough day so we decided to order Pizza. We asked them to draw a little picture on the box not really expecting them to. Needless to say we were not disappointed and this really brightened our evening!
