Dropped by few days ago for burger, fries, and malt. Very difficult for me to understand order taker at drive through. Fries were good. Pretty sure 'malt' was just a milk shake. Burger was mediocre. Failed to provide requested condiments. Seemed like 5-10 minute wait time. Rating as 3 out of 5 on competence scale. Not great?

I'm changing my review due to several recent experiences. I knew once they opened this location close to me that my family would visit often. If you are ordering 1 combo, you'll be fine. Once you order multiple, your order will be messed up or missing something. Not from the cooks, but the front staff. I never get my receipt to add my points, I don't get sauce that I've requested multiple times at the intercom. If I'm waiting a long time for food (which I don't mind the wait), the least you could do is make sure everything is ready and in the bag. The food is good and this location is just right. I hope they find their flow soon because this is a fast-paced business.

I love freddys. But the one on dougherty ferry road has the worst service. Been there 3 times and each time my order was wrong. 1st time I ordered a double cheeseburger plain with only cheese, and a large Pepsi. They gave me a cheeseburger with everything on it. 2nd time ordered a large Pepsi with extra ice and a double cheeseburger with only cheese...again everything but onions. And today I ordered a large Pepsi with extra ice and medium fries. They gave me no fries and another person's patty melt and a Pepsi with little ice. Easy orders and each time wrong... and to top it off the young man at the window was on his cell phone. This was at 4pm today. Three strikes I'm done. The freddys on Lindbergh is my choice for now on. They never mess up and staff ate never on their phone when I'm there. Dougherty ferry freddy's you will not last long there if you don't get better help and have staff worry more about customers orders rather than their phones.

Took the kids. Was good. Small lobby and a little messy...needed someone cleaning seating area. But overall, good. Check out the really thin fries...and a sundae. Both very different from other places...and good.

Of the many reasons to eat at Freddy's, my favorite isn't the awesome, delicious food. It's the service!!! Those folks are so nice and know how to take care of their customers. Don't get me wrong, the burgers and fries are outstanding, but it's hard to get that type of customer service unless you're at Chick-fil-A or something. Highly recommend to anyone!!

We went to the grand opening night! We were thrilled to get Freddy’s near Kirkwood! The staff was so friendly and the food was great! Very kid friendly! Already can’t wait to come back!Kid-friendliness: Mom of 3 and our kids loved the experience!

I ordered a veggie burger with ketchup and onions only. I recieved a burger with everything on it including cheese and mayo…and no ketchup. I can’t eat cheese or mayo. They sent us to voicemail when calling about a refund. The burger was also crumbling apart when I was looking at it when other Freddy’s locations cook it until it is crispy. Hopefully things improve over time.Vegetarian options: Veggie burgerDietary restrictions: They have a veggie burger, but didn’t get the burger right. Watch out and check your bag before you leave or you might get a burger you can’t eat.
