Food was fresh and very good. Service was great. Only downfall was a child about 7 years old playing on his phone with the volume up full blast. But that is not the fault of DQ. He was told several times to turn it down, but that was ignored! Always have good service and good food at this DQ.

Stopped here going and returning from Springfield IL. Had a great lunch on Tuesday and stopped for ice cream coming home. The people there were very friendly, and delivered very tasty meals. The woman taking our orders smiled when she greeted us and was very polite and professional. The atmosphere was also light and happy. The property was clean inside and out although the streets needed some repair. A very pleasant experience.

I’ve traveled all over the United States, but Vandalia, MO Dairy Queen is by far the best I’ve ever been too. The food is always good and fresh, the employees working there actually look happy to be there. (That’s kind of a big deal in todays atmosphere) It’s always clean, and just overall a great place to get a quick bite and relax. Thanks Vandalia DQ for standing out as the best!

I asked my wife to pick me up something to eat Monday evening when she dropped off her mom in vandalia my wife brought me home a double cheese burger when I opened up the the container to eat my sandwich I looked at my wife asking her where is the burgers the sandwich had everything on it except the 2 burgers. I was disappointed and upset but it is definitely a good story. I have never had place ever leave the meet off my sandwich so I would suggest if you go to vandalia DQ you better make sure your meat is on your bun.

Traveling through but hungry. Had a very good burger, onion rings, cheese curds and strawberry shake. All the food was hot and onion rings were nice and crispy. I was so glad I stopped here. The young man at the window was pleasant. I will definitely come back here.

It's my hometown DQ, I love it! Can never give it 5 stars on the strength they take too long and the quality of a couple of items aren't consistent... I've been away too long and expect certain things. But hey, it's usually manned by a bunch of high-school kids, so I understand.
I'm just so amazed the hospitality you get from the employee's always has a great smile and they are very fast there specially in the drive thru and I must say my food was steaming hot and when I got home my fries felt like they just were out of the fryer . My Chocolate Shake was great also but the best thing was having the great service and that smile you get from them !
