Went on labor day. Food was pretty good. Some of the tv's don't work so it was hard to keep up with the game. But overall a good place to dive in for a bite to eat. The burgers are huge.

Don's is the best place on the lake. They have the coldest beer in town. And some really great food. Hot fresh every time. We love driving 45 minutes down to Don's for a lunch. I've been here dozens of times. Always kind and friendly service and I've never had a bad experience.
The prices were higher than the menus I found online but other than that everything was excellent. Need a current menu

Very disappointed tonight. Half my burger was gone, and the hot cheese balls they gave us are jalapeno poppers...big difference. Girl at the bar was very sweet, but cook got order all wrong. Burger was very burnt also, you can see in pictures.

Absolutely ? AMAZING!!! We got the rib special. The service is great, food is great, and atmosphere is perfect. The prices are also a pleasant surprise. I can honestly say I have had ribs this good in at least a decade!! 5 stars ? across the board

I stopped here for lunch while staying in town and I was told that it's the best restaurant in town. The place is nothing fancy with generic cafeteria tables and chairs. The decor was all wood like a forest puked all over the place with stuffed creatures on the walls. It had a bar next to the front dining room and a dining room in back. For some reason this restaurant was was a smoking restaurant with a woman smoking at the next table while she ate her food, yuck.The menu isn't huge but it had a pork cutlet sandwich and I reminisced on the great IA ones so I ordered that. The pork cutlet looked unimpressive because it was on toasted white bread with lettuce, tomato and onion. It was a frozen thing that was just ok and I wished I ordered a cheeseburger instead.The young woman, grand daughter of the owner was not on the ball because the service was lacking. After we were done with our food she completely forgot about us and played on her phone behind the bar so after 10 minutes of waiting/watching I went to the bar and asked for the check.
