Took my boneless deer meat up here to be processed and they told me it would be up to 3 months to get my meat back. So I packed up my 28 pounds of meat and left. I want my meat back in 2 weeks not 3 months. That's crazy!

I don't expect to be recognized in all the shops I enter. I moved and bought a home here almost 30 years ago. I had been buying and very satisfied with a butcher that sold out and moved on to other shall we say ventures. Now I'm hung out to find me a great butcher. I began asking around, and Randy's name continued to be put out to me. Okay, Sunday Chiefs eight ribeyes look great but you never know. Since that day I have never gone anywhere else for my meat. I have bought many a whole hogs whole beef and some of that other stuff he serves which I ain't sure exactly what it is. He does recognize me when I walk in.
