The warrensburg location really sucks. Old dried up wings and burnt dried up hamburgers is what they serve their customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to get their money's worth.

I don't usually write many reviews but I felt a need to do so about my experience. In the waitress defense I think she was having a bad day. I came in and sat at the bar and was ignored for 15 mins. I then motioned to the waitress for a drink and menu. I sat there for another 30 minutes waiting for my order to be taken. My problem is I was the only one treated in this manner, others that came in after me drinks and orders taken within 10 to 15 minutes.

My recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was an absolute disaster. The service was abysmal, courtesy of a waitress who seemed to have no concept of customer service. To add insult to injury, when we were in a bind trying to arrange a ride after 11:30pm, just before the restaurant's closing time at 12:00am, the heartless manager kicked us out. It's appalling how little they care about their customers. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. ☹️☹️☹️ if there was a way to not give 0stars I would

I usually don't leave bad reviews. Unprofessional wait staff, and an unprofessional manager. We had asked for a cheese curd Burger and our waitress said that we could get 15 traditional wings, buy one get one free.There was some confusion, because somehow we end up with 60 wings at the table. The waitress stated beforehand that she was really tired and was probably going to forget things a lot. I initially took this as a joke, and went along with it.I asked her if I could speak with the manager and it took a minute to actually get to speak with the manager. I feel we were very patient, I just wanted to get the matter resolved because our bill was looking at $80.Once I got to speak to the manager, she did take off one of the $30 orders of wings and said that we could have those for free. (I was indifferent, I had no need for that many wings.)After receiving the new check with the updated total, I realized even with the edit, we were still paying more than what was intended with our order. Trying to speak with the manager a second time, I could tell there was some frustration. And for whatever reason they decided to surround our table with one of the cooks, the server and the manager.We did ultimately get the matter settled, but it was one of the most bizarre restaurant situations I've ever been in.As I stated in the beginning, I don't typically leave bad reviews, especially not the day after. But this was one for the books.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.Server gave us 10000 excuses on why she was lacking in the service department. She was so bad the hostess had to do her job for her! We waited over an hour for food and over 30 min for drinks!Excuse 1- they were SWAMPED. Mind you there was maybe 15 people in the whole building.Excuse 2- She had a lot of mixed drink orders.Excuse 3- They only had 1 cook.When we addressed this with the manager his reply was “hopefully we can do better in the future.”I don’t recommend this location at all!
Walked in with family at 3 for late lunch and stood in the vestibule for 7 minutes waiting to be seated. Meanwhile waitress sitting right at the bar sees us and chooses not to help us. So we walked out and most definitely will NOT be back. Great customer service guys!!!

Spent $165. Didn't get what I ordered. Bought 2 orders of fries. None. Bought hot wings. Got something blazing. Ordered blue cheese and ranch on side of my garlic parm, teriyaki, medium, hot...none...ordered a bunch of extra different sauces for my naked tenders because I got people that don't want them smothered in sauce and kids...none...Airhead that answered phone offered me what sounded like 5 bucks. Not doing a 40 minute round trip during Thursday Night Football for what should have been in the box. I'll go to Hooters next time. Won't be back here. Dry tenders. Soggy boxes of wings.

Should.close this place, only accepts call ins or at least prioritizes them to the point of having an empty lobby and people leaving due to not getting to sit at a table due to the kitchen being backed up.. what a joke of a place.
