This is the second online pizza delivery order we placed through the Casey’s app that was a problem and could not be reconciled. In the first instance, we canceled an order, yet DoorDash (Casey’s delivery service) delivered it. Tonight’s order was just that he pizza was made incorrectly. I’m both cases Casey’s phone tree says to deal with DoorDash and DoorDash says to deal with Casey’s. This “who’s on first” approach to dealing with inaccuracies doesn’t feel like the best method of addressing customer concerns.Edit down to 1 star - a third issue. My wife ordered a follow on pizza and Casey’s again sent out the wrong pizza - I’m taking that she ordered a pizza with pineapple and we instead received a Mexican pizza. To add insult to injury, the DoorDash driver was exceptionally rude, as in exceptionally rude.

Just stopped in to get a drink and a snack and stood in line behind eight customers with about eight customers behind me. One guy at the register trying to cash everyone out while the other coworker stood around picking his fingernails and talking to people in the store unrelated to helping them find something. I made a suggestion that he actually use the cashier too but he didn't like that idea and ignored me. Ultimately, I ended up walking out and putting my stuff back. 2 other guys left behind me. It's a shame that my children go to college here and have to deal with that type of customer service.Management needs to do something about that!Math teacher St Louis Missouri

Love this Casey’s for the most part. Great food, great employees. Sophia is a great help anytime I ask or need assistance.My biggest issue is that the last 3 times I’ve gone to get gas you guys were out of 93. My car does not run as good if I run 87 or 91. This is the only place in town with 93 so I depend on it for my gas. It is very annoying when I cannot get the gas I need.

I love Casey's taco pizza buy today was DEFINITELY the worst I have ever picked up. My sister is the one who took the 3 slices that are missing because I DEFINITELY am not eating it
Casey’s has the best ice cream I’ve ever had but this Casey’s doesn’t have a self serve ice cream machine and when I found this out I was very sad. Their ice cream has the best flavor and it has the tiny ice crunch. If this Casey’s got the ice cream machine I’d go there everyday to get a cone and I would give them a 5 star rating and yes that’s a bribe. So Casey’s management PLEASE get the machine

Air compressor says "$1.25 insert or tap card"Then charges me $3, four times in a row off one swipe. On top of that the hose leaks horrendously so I had to struggle to even get 30psi. Whoever thought it was an effective solution to put WIRING TAPE on a pressurized air hose leak needs more training.

My daughter has been over charged for gas the past 5 times. We just noticed on her credit card bill that it charges her $75 to fill up a small 4 door car and yet her receipts say between $35-$40. I find it odd that it’s charges an even amount of $75 each time when her car does not even hold that much. Scam scam scams. I want our money back that we have been ripped off. I have also disputed with credit card company. Don’t go there u will be ripped off.
