CARELESS OWNER, owner downsized portions by 30-50 percent. Pancake couldn’t come close to filling the plate. The food took 30 minutes to come out after we waited 10 minutes for drinks to come. Food was hardly room temp , waitress was cursing up a storm(LOTS OF F BOMBS) about anything and everything and everyone. Wish I had gone to chipotle across the street.

It was nice & quiet but if you're wanting some warm food or attentive service don't go here! Only had 1 other table with patrons which had a different server. Took 10min to get 3 waters, 2 sodas & 1 lemonade. When the food finally arrived it was cold, nobody's food was warm which begs the question why did were we waiting. This is the 2nd time we've gone to this location & the service is about the same!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE

We dined in a little after noon on Saturday. We were sat immediately by Ivan. Ivan was our server, and he did an amazing job! He was not only serving multiple tables, but he was also cleaning. At one point while he was bussing a table, even helped a young child get some crayons to draw. I cant say enough good things about Ivan.The food on the otherhand.... we ordered jalapeño poppers for a starter, that took roughly 10 minutes to get after we ordered only for them to be ice cold in the center. Tasted like something from the frozen section at the grocery store. The main dish was good, only bad part was it took over 30 minutes to get.Overall great service, but the food just didn't hit the mark.

As a costumer the service makes or breaks a restaurant and is a major part of going out to eat other than the food. I believe this was some of the worst service I have ever received. As a ex server I try to be very respectful and lenient when it comes to being served. I was sitting in a very visible spot to my server as she was sending glances towards my table in an unsavory manner. She refused to come and speak with me other than when she took my first order unless I called her by name while she was walking by. At the end of the day the attitude of Gabby (my server) was not very professional in her work here and I do not appreciate the disrespectful behavior towards me asking for a to go box or even a refill on my drink.

Service was slow again. Food was ok. No checking on us after we got food, no drink refills and no check. I had to go to counter and wait for her to get it for me. Food took 24 minutes to get and only 5 tables occupied. Disappointing again.

Ate there twice first time had a hair in my French fries they quickly remade my meal 2nd time had omelette which was horrible my grandson had biscuits and gravy which were cold his bacon was so overcooked The only thing that was good were the hash browns so for 38.00 will not be
