Standard. Though it was a few days ago I was here very late at night and I do remember the woman at the window handing my food over with a high energy smile that affected my energy in a good way. Either good service or I fell in love. Still not sure. (Maybe both)

The service was terrible. We pulled up to the window and the lady said “please pull the spot number three will have your order out right away“. Five minutes later, we’re watching other people get food… BUT WE GOT THERE BEFORE THEM!!! we have to go in and ask where our food is. The person says “your food is gonna be next“. Next thing you know he’s grabbing a bag and you would think it’s yours, right? He gives it to another person???. Finally, we get our food and leave. We get back to our house. I try my fries. They are cold!!!! This McDonald’s is terrible. I would not recommend.

We pulled into spot three and kept watching other people get their food. Finally I went in and the worker said “You’re food is next” so he grabs a bag of food and gives it to another person. ?. Then we FINALLY GOT OUR FOOD. Terrible Decision. 1 Star.

I ordered two kids meals. Both kids meals were cold. The manager refused to serve me hot fries. Actually everything was cold but I just asked for the fries to be replaced. She rudely told me she was concerned about helping the customers behind me! I never asked for a refund and she just tossed cash in my hands with a printed receipt! She never apologized for the inconvenience but continued to argue for approximately 4 minutes and reset the timer. She stated she was concerned about how long the order would take! This was the worse fast food experience and with a manager!

Did a mobile pick up order tonight amd I had to wait 15 minutes after I arrived. I could have went through the drive thru, which was empty when I arrived and got my food faster tonight.

Almost every time we go there they pull us forward and we have sat there for over an half hour more than twice. One lady on drive threw was very rude and has been complained about by several people and yet still dose it.

Went to this McDonald's twice. They still don't have the spicy nuggets, even though they're advertising on the side of the building and on TV that they are available. And constantly moving you over to their Waiting parking spaces.

McDonald's has REALLY gone downhill since the 1970s.Their fries have gotten smaller, and their burgers have also gotten smaller.But the prices have gotten much bigger.I remember when the. Big Mac came out, it was only .50 cents.

I've had so many bad experiences with this McDonald's that it's finally time I left a review. Went in the drive thru line and was told the ice cream machine was broken. Then, I went on the app and ordered a Shamrock shake for pick up inside. . .it was there and ready for me when I went in. They are lying out of pure laziness.In another event last week, I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru line after having placed an order on the app. I was greeted by a rude lady at the second window, who has been rude in prior instances. I finally got my food and it was cold.This is in fact the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I have informed corporate regarding these incidents and I hope they will finally step in. This is appalling, even for McDonald's, which I already have low expectations for as is.

I don't typically leave reviews of establishments, but I have to say this is probably one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The food is probably fairly typical for a McDonald's, but the customer service is absolutely horrific. We went to get ice cream one time and were told the machine was down they asked if we wanted anything else and when we said no, she replied with "good". On another occasion we went to get ice cream and were told the machine was broken in the drive through lane but it was available on the app. We decided to test a theory and mobile ordered the ice cream and low and behold there it was ready for us on the counter, no broken machine at all. They are incredibly rude and lie to customers right to their faces just because they dont want to make certain things.
