The restaurant was very hot. The tables were sticky. The food did not come out hot, nor did it come out all together. We had to wait over 30 mins to receive all of the tables food. Even if the food came out hot the bbq was mediocre. They had no kid menu’s. They were out of toilet paper in the girls bathroom. There was ranch dressing that had dripped from the pick up counter out into the main dining area that had not been mopped up.I do not recommend this place.

I brought a colleague here today for lunch. His suggestion.The restaurant wasn't that busy so we were seated right away and had plenty of attention from our server. Our food came out quickly and Wow, this bbq is the bomb!Then, on top of that, Karl, the GM came around to talk to us to find out how everything is. Then he really sells the place talking about all the different specials they have and such. And if that wasn't enough, he brought us both another bbq rib, fresh off the smoker, to munch on. Great experience. Definitely will be back!

Sad. I was really looking forward to a great meal. Rib crib didn't have turkey, brisket, or RIBS! Waited almost an hour for chicken tenders and when they came out they were raw. The manager was kind enough to comp our meal that we couldn't eat and assured us he would "get on to his cooks" about their mistakes. Maybe if he would lend a hand instead of yelling at them the chicken wouldn't take an hour to show up?

The food is always very good, but we haven't really had the best service, orders forgotten or the wrong food order brought out. Staff and service was kind, but it was not timely, and there was maybe one other group there besides ours . Which was 6 people.

We came in and it was not busy. Waited an hour for our food that never came. Got 1 out of 2 side salads we ordered. Explained that we couldn’t wait any more bc we had a basketball game to make. Found out our order was not put in. Paid $17 for two iced teas (that they ran out of) and two sodas and a side salad. Was given plastic silverware.Parking: Parking lot is full or pot holes

Our server told us that the platters that had turkey items were not available on the menu and no substitutions were allowed in place of the turkey. She gave no reason or explanation as to why when asked. She did state that there was no key or any way to input any other item for turkey as a substitute. Waited 20 minutes for our food to be delivered to our table which was unacceptable. Our server only came to our table once to check on us. Didn't even offer a refill on drinks. If that's the kind of service you're going to provide, I will not be back

I’ve been here multiple times and it’s been a really good time for the most part. I’ve only ever had one bad waitress but haven’t seen her since and the others have all been super on it. Quick refills, food comes out fast and everyone’s cordial. The food is delicious, I love the ribs and pulled pork mostly and the brisket can be a hit or a miss with it sometimes being dry although it’s pretty rare. I’ve gotten Togo orders too that have all been great but their lemonade is horrible! It’s super watered down and nasty but other than that this is one of the best places to eat in town.

I have always loved this restaurant. We were told it is under a new owner. They gave is plastic ware which I don't believe I have ever had at a sit down restaurant. The meal my husband wanted had three types if meat. One of those meats was turkey and there is a turkey shortage so that meat isn't an option and that is understandable. Anyone would assume that you could substitute it with the other kind of meat choices but we were told we couldn't order anything that had turkey as an option. The food was horrible and took forever. We were told it was because there was a larger party but we ordered before the party was even seated so that shouldn't have been an issue.
First time visiting RibCrib BBQ. Saw on other reviews that they were under new management. Staff was incredibly nice. Food was prompt, hot and delicious! Definitely a wonderful experience. If we lived in the area, we would be back every other week but we’re just visiting / on vacation.

Had sign on door stating out of turkey due to nation wide shortage. Ok no problem…. Sit down, server politely asks what we want to drink. She brings our drinks then asks us for our order and I naturally ask for ribs and am told that Rib Crib does not have any ribs. Guess that should also be on the sign…… especially given the name of the place! Had I not had a drink prior to that information…. I’m pretty sure I would have just found another place to eat! But since I already had a drink I had to settle for a burger! I don’t go to Rib Crib for burgers! I love eating here normally but the way they are handling the “rib shortage” definitely leaves a lot to be desired!

We went on a Saturday night. The place wasn't that busy but it took us almost 30 minutes to get our food. Our server was amazing and apologized but the cooks I think were moving in slow motion. When we got our food, it was good but not even hot.

We had not eaten here for quite a while, as it was always disappointing. We heard that new ownership had taken place yesterday, so my brothers and I went to eat here today. It was great! Leonard and staff did an excellent job, and the food was so much better! We will definitely be coming back often. Thank you to the new ownership!

The quality of the food is good for the most part but only if your eating in. Mobile orders are always sloppy and they almost never get them right. I ordered 2 ice cream sundaes with my sandwich’s and they did not make or give me my sundaes. It was crowded and hot and none of the waiters were tending to me or anyone else waiting in line. So overall, they can be good on not busy days if your eating in. For mobile orders or just as a place to go to eat I wouldn’t recommend unless you have A LOT of patience.
