why is it such a big deal when you place an order online a couple minutes before you pull up to the speaker? to the guy working headset/window, there’s no need to be passive aggressive. ?

Waited over 30 minutes for 1 out of my 3 drinks because it was a frap and no one wanted to make it! Made every single order that printed out after mine, over and over, until I asked the cashier to refund me…then they decided they could make it. Horrible service!

I came two days In a row . The first day I asked for a flat lid and she was very rude , grabbed my coffee out of my hand dumped out my coffee to put a lid on it , then gave me a dirty look and gave me the coffee back . Then I came back today and the same lady kept moving my ticket behind the others for a good 25 minutes then made the coffee wrong . You should not work at in customer service if you are this rude .

There are a lot of good workers, but when there is workers that don’t like you, they like to mess up your drinks and I think that’s very unprofessional. I don’t come to Starbucks and spend that much money just to get practically half my cup full of cold foam I already had to get my order fixed and got huffed and puffed at so I wasn’t trying to ask a second time to get my drink fixed again! So done!!

They forgot to add the base to my caramel frappe. Disappointing when Ive had a rough day, decide to treat myself, and take a big gulp of frappe roast. Have you ever tried that stuff? Its gross. No sugar at all.

I love and often drink coffee here, and the staff is always very friendly, but today, when I was served by one of the employees, he laughed at my accent and ignored my requests, it was very unpleasant, it spoiled my mood in the morning.
11/10, I spend too much of my money at Starbucks but I owe them by life I swear. They are always the absolute best, and went above and beyond for me when I made a mistake placing my doordash order. Sarah & Jordan never fail to make my day when I see them, and of course everyone else at Starbucks <3
