Food was cold, service was very slow, no ice in machine and when asked for it they barely gave us any which made the sweet tea hot to drink chicken strips were just small and mostly breading ordered a chicken sandwich and the bun was so hard could not eat it my husband's and mom's food was cold as well.

We tried to have lunch here. I can only describe it as pure chaos! 5 people were standing around waiting for orders. Somehow staff had no idea who had what and was just verbally asking them what they ordered them went and got it. After waiting for all this to clear out (approx 10 min) we figured we could order. I stead staff walked away to the back leaving no one up front. Waiting. Couple minutes until 2 more people come back up to counter to complain their order was not right. We turned around and left. Not one staff member even acknowledged we were there. I feel we dodged a bullet

Took a bit to get help up front. Chicken was more cold than warm . Fries were very cold and chicken was just blah. Was excited to give it a try but i think i will stick with Canes chicken. Maybe my fault...possibly should have asked for fresh fries and

I’m on a mission to find the best chicken fingers around. The fingers at Zaxby’s were good but the portions were small. Still it was a good meal at a reasonable price. Worth the trip to Warrensburg from Knob Noster.

Today, I got both. Always consistent service and fresh, delicious chicken.Everything was delicious. I always have a hard time choosing between the Cobb salad and the zax snack pack. Both are wonderful.

Ordered a plain chicken sandwich at the drive thru to take home. Got home and the container had 3 small sandwiches with some sort of nasty sauce. Too far out of town to come back. 2nd time there order has been wrong.
