“What an awesome place, food was fantastic, had the gouda burger with caramelized onions. Burger was made to perfection and delicious. The bun was slightly toasted yet soft and fresh. Ordered onions rings that were perfect. I like mine extra crispy and they were perfect in taste and texture. Not to much breading but enough to give the crunch. I was wondering why they weren't greasy and the bar owner Dan who met us when we came in, said he does not deep fry anything, it is all oven cooked. What a treat. My party was here for the week for boating/fishing. When we found out this establishment did karaoke, which is another love of my group we honestly did not have high e expectations. Boy were we wrong. Crazy Deb, our host KJ was great. She had all of our songs, equipment was great. Deb made us feel so welcomed. The sound quality was top notch as the owners installed panels on the ceiling to absorb sound. Who would have thought of all the love and care that was taken into consideration in a metal building. Thank all of you for making our trip sweet Please visit this place. I guarentee great food, service and atmosphere. Thanks Dan for making not only your dreams come true, but ours as well. Best of luck to you and we look forward to coming back soon.“
“Nice small town bar and grill on the banks of an Ozark lake. Woodsy decor, a nice "party room" where we spent most of the day. The food was a cut above your average "bar food". They appeared to have a modest selection of beers, and some hard liquors. I don't drink, didn't pay attention to that. Table shuffleboard appears to be a popular pastime here. The theme from cheers comes to mind in this place. A bit of a smoky atmosphere/smell, pretty common for this type of place, something to be alert to if one is sensitive to such things“
“Little did we know, this gem is open year round Thursday through Sunday! We finally decided to check it out, and wow!! After reading a Facebook post about how good their food is, we have to agree! The atmosphere is separated between a diner style eat-in and a bar with great lighting, which opens to a small patio. The staff were all incredibly friendly. Brianna, our server, did an amazing job recommending drinks and popular meals. For drinks, we had the spicy bloody Mary and a captain Morgan and 7 up. Tried the boneless wings as an appetizer with the wild sauce (medium heat, very good!). They also serve Bee's Knees Brewing Company and Piney River Brewing Company beers... YES!!For dinner, we had a burger (cooked to perfection!) with smoked gouda cheese, the handcut fries (amazing!), and the Mahi Mahi fish tacos, blackened with a side house salad.I'm a huge critic of fish tacos, and I have to say that these were the most flavorful, un-fried fish tacos that I've had, not just at Lake Ozarks, but anywhere near the lake!Huge kudos to the kitchen staff for such an amazing meal!! Definitely recommend visiting if you're in the area! This isn't your average "bar food"... these people know what they're doing!!“
“This is a great place to eat, hang out, and work. Rick is an excellent person to work with/for who treats all staff and customers well. The food is amazing and well prepared. The service is spectacular. There's some oars in this house.“
“We head to the bar approximately twice a month to eat, have social beverages and play red neck bingo! It is one of the friendliest bars in our area! Great place to meet up with friends. Donna and her gang are even nice enough to reserve a table for you if you have a group coming in! My Iowa family and friends envy us for having such a fun place to go! Try it out! Good ol home town customer service!“
“Worth the wait over the winter break! Husband and I have been wanting to come since December but we missed the notice about closing break. Finally made it!!Came just before sunset and had a great evening. Had the Prime Rib Special, the house salad, the fettuccine with shrimp and the bananas foster dessert.Paired it with the local Bees Knees beers which we didn't know they had and a glass of wine with dinner. Delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful and overall excellent experience!Parking: Park anywhere on main street or down by the harbor.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp at the street intersection on main Street that takes you up to the patio entrance. Patio seating is best!!“
“What a good spot to hit up, call and listen to there voice-mail. It tells you when there open and what to look for. Two bartenders where great and the shots where amazing. Boats can park closes to the shore in the slips. I belive there 20 of them. Also jetski parking. They have food, booze, fuel and merchandise.Parking: 20 slips to choose from, had to circle around a little but it was busy. Wish there was a sign that said boat parking with an arrow for newbies.“
