Tonight we went to Applebees for my birthday. Well, we had to leave before we could eat our food because the man sitting next to us was acting extremely strange and had his hands in his pants. It was absolutely absurd and very uncomfortable. We paid for our food, took it to go, and called the restaurant to let them know what happened. All they said was “oh him? Yeah he’s a regular”. No apologies. We won’t be going back.

Well when I walked in the person by the door was playing on his phone so they missed me walking in. After they put the phone away they seated me and I sat there for well over 5 mins before a waitress from another group of tables asked if I've been helped and I said no. So I gave my drink order and my actual waiter came with my drink order. The waiter took my food order which had a steak medium rare and after some time got my food which the steak was almost well done not close to medium rare. It wasn't a good experience to say the least. Even if they were busy I would cut them so slack but they had 10 or less tables being used and no one at the bar. I wouldn't recommend going to that location at all.

Earlier this week, my friend and I went in for dinner. We both had burgers. I had the Neighborhood Burger. I asked to add bacon. The server came back with my burger with fries and a bread stick, which she put in front of my friend. I got hers. We both looked at each other and shook our heads. The server came back and we asked what the bread stick was for. She thought I said add a "bread stick" instead of "bacon". I gave my friend her burger and server took mine, returning it to me with bacon. Skip to tonight. I went with my parents. I wanted to do the same burger again. So I did. Exactly as I ordered last time. It came out with 2 pieces of bacon on the side. And there was no garlic mayo on it...which is why I liked it in the first place. I asked the server about the bacon. She told me the only way to ring it up was to put in a side of bacon. I then asked her if she was sure she put in a Neighborhood Burger because what I had was basically a double cheeseburger. I let it go and ate it. When the bill was given to my dad, I saw the manager nearby and called him over. I told him the whole story. I didn't so much mind that the bacon came on the side but it didn't have the garlic mayo. He said none? I shook my head. Last time, yes it did. He apologized, took it off the bill, and said he would have a talk to the kitchen staff. This Applebee's used to be a really good one and I enjoyed going. Now, not so much. Just disappointing.Wheelchair accessibility: The handicap parking was on the opposite side of the building from the front door...next to the curbside pickup lanes. It should be on the other side of the building, nearest to the door.

It's Applebees ao I don't have high expectations. The food was fine, the service was good other than two orders of fries coming out 5+ minutes after our burgers. Not the server's fault, she was good. I like the Washington murals and photos everywhere. My main complaint tonight was the table behind us had a dog at their table! How is this acceptable at a restaurant? To make things worse, when the lady got up to leave she held the dog (dauchsund) over my Mom's head, and close to our table, as if we wanted to say Hi to it. We were disgusted by it and we are dog lovers with two of them ourselves. We just wouldn't bring them to a restaurant!

Very typical with no "wow" moment. Realized why it had been over a year since we had been there.
First off the service providers were very nice. Sad that they had to service the most disgusting food I have ever tried! I had a pick up for a sick friend. We got riblets they had a bad taste undone and tougher than leather. So I took it back and ordered fish and fries. I got them back to her home not done greasy and the french fries were so seasoned it would had made you sick if you ate them. I took them back. They gave me a paper for forty dollars back on paper with restrictions. Really? I am giving it to my grandsons to get burgers are desserts. If they even wanna go there. I personally will probably never go back. Such poor quality of food. The manager was very nice. I would not want to be a serverand have to service that food. I am sure they have a lot of returns. So disappointing

The food is adequate, NOT haute cuisine but then I didn't expect that. I have been to this particular restaurant numerous times and have only had ONE bad experience with lunch.My main complaint is two fold, I have NEVER been in a restaurant and ordered steak and not had a roll or bread product included. Also when ordered mashed potato's butter is USUALLY included, not here. that must be ordered separately along with a bread stick(extra charge).For the most part, the food is good, served well and the wait staff is attentive.
