None of our food was hot, I ordered loaded French fries and they literally came out cold with the cheese wasn't even melted. Not a good place to eat.

But after bringing it to the attention of management, they did everything to correct and make this experience great.I'm am grateful for the response given and the service received. We love Bob Evans for times we want good home cooked food but life is too busy.

Had brunch with my family a few days ago. Never been to a Bob Evans before until now. I had a BLT sandwich. While it was pretty good, I felt like the bun was toasted a little too much. Maybe it was just the kind of bread that was used, I don't really know. It tasted great still. Maybe if it were on sourdough bread, I think it'd be better then.Place was clean and staff were friendly and professional.Overall, great experience!

As a dasher, management was completely rude and instead of helping me with my pick up stood and did nothing and had me wait for the nice girl working there to finish putting bread into the oven and taking bread out of the oven, "I said I was there to pick up for ______" and he said "excuse me?" I then repeated myself and he said "oh she'll help you in a minute" and proceeded to stand there and give me looks as I waited to be helped. I don't know if he was having a bad day or if he was just that way.

Extremely limited menu. You are in luck if you want Thanksgiving dinner the day before Thanksgiving. However I have Celiac's disease and can't have anything with wheat, rye, or barley. Every meal on the menu included lots of things with gluten. There could be no substitutions. Our waitress and manager were very apologetic, but said corporate had called and yelled at them for making substitutions earlier in the day.We will not be back. Our chosing a gluten free diet is not a lifestyle choice. It is
