“We were in town from out of state to visit family and ordered through the app. Changed the address in the app, the order showed the order was sent to the Washington store. It was not. When we went to pick up order there was no record of it. Through some sort of tech snafu, the order was instead sent to our usual location at home.After hearing what happened, the WashMO Papa John’s filled the order anyway so that we were not out the money. This act of excellent customer service was very appreciated! We will remember this next time we are in town and looking for a pizza fix.“
“We haven't gotten food here in so long, because the last time we came it was not good! The chicken was dry and old, biscuits were dry and crumbly (old). I am so impressed the place is clean, nice employees, so friendly!! The food was SO good!! We will be back.“
“Super easy to order via my phone, while enjoying curbside pick up. From the outside while waiting there was lots of Halloween scenery on the windows, which I thought was very neat and looked like it had to have been time consuming. My breadsticks had been forgot about, but the friendly and sweet lady called me and told me so I could be aware of the wait status situation. The food was hot, freshly made and delicious. We come here often and will continue doing so. I highly recommend there boneless chicken wings of any flavor you like.“
“It is Pizza Hut and this location nailed it. No surprises. Throw back 30 yrs. Excellent service. Comfy and clean dining room with lots of tables. Pizza was hot and delicious. Cheesy breadsticks were so yummy. Note this location does not have a salad bar.. we didn't care; we were there for the carbs and cheese. Only thing I'd add would be tvs in the dining room. Good job guys!“
