Issac is a rockstar man he’s so polite and friendly and manager material he’s very welcoming and makes me wanna come back and eat there more often I’ve been in the restaurant business for 6 yrs and in my 6 yrs one of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time and the atmosphere is very calm and welcoming appreciate u Issac and the other workers and the food was amazing and they didn’t waste anytime
I ordered # 17... after tax it was about 16.50. It a 4 mini dish serving of pure trash.. took a small bite from a few of my choices. And people wonder why were so sscrewed. Walmart and Dollar General sell these same exact bland frozen items for far less. So do yourself a huge favor and avoid this place, the bread sticks were the only thing the serve with any type of flavor. Pretty sad to see they claim that the food is itialian.

30 m 30 minutes plus to get it to go order. That's how long they had the order. I called 20 minutes prior to ask about it and they said they were busy and they'd get to it when they could. Defeats the whole purpose of ordering an advance. This Friday night was a mess. I need someone over 22 years old working..

The baked spaghetti w/ meatballs is not good. Flavor of sauce & meatballs was just bad. Breadsticks were horrible.They were just gooey pieces of undercooked, salty gunk. Overpriced & very disappointing. Just walked away from it.

Usually they have the best food and service. Today though it was awful. First they got my order wrong, no big deal. Second we asked for breadsticks 3 times and never got them. They were passing them out randomly out and asked us if they want some and we said yes. Told us they will be right back. 15 minutes later and still no breadsticks. Went to other tables to give more breadsticks, but never came to ours. The food didn’t have the usual good flavoring either. Very disappointed today.

We ordered a large catering order for my Grandfather's funeral and it was a very great, easy, and tasty experience. They called the day before to confirm every thing we needed, and even sent plenty of additional sugar, equal, parmesan, and red pepper packets. We over ordered and will probably be eating Fazoli's for the next week, but I'm not complaining. Thank you so much for making this catering experience seamless.
Went through drive thru and no one is ever in their parking lot which should of been my first clue but my last visit was great but not at all this time chewy pasta no sause on the pasta I ordered a sampler plater not even room temperature what is going on hereParking: Plenty of parking no one was in business and it was lunchtime
