Nothing but a bunch of kids and want to be adults who can't get real jobs because they can't even get a sandwich order right ordered a wrap made into a sub and ask for extra cheese and extra crispy jalapenos even reconfirmed it right before they went to start making it that that's what it was and they still messed my order up. And to top it all off I was on my lunch break so I couldn't even go back in and get it straightened out before I had to get back to work

Tonight I ordered two of the mozzarella caprice sandwiches for delivery. I got one with no onion. My fiance is allergic to onion, and it seemed as though they dropped a few on one of the sandwiches on accident. I called and let them know, and the male on the phone, as well as the female manager on duty, were so kind to replace my sandwich and re-deliver it for me. I explained how I couldn't pick it up because I was not feeling well, and my fiance couldn't pick it up either. They went above and beyond. I don't know many places that would re-deliver... and with such kindness. They were so fast and the sandwiches were awesome. Thank you!

Decided to give them another try in their new location. Parking situation is definitely better and the store itself is neat and clean and the employees are efficient. I do have a gripe about the fact that my sandwich came with cheese but my husband was charged .065 cents for cheese on his. The bread is tasty even though it's a little tough. All in all not a bad sandwich.I had the Thai chicken wrap and it was good but at this location it was smaller than the Union location and not as much chicken.

Asked on the app to have a sandwich in half, but they never seem to be able to accomplish that.

I think Jimmy John's is great! That said, I have given this location multiple tries and am repeatedly disappointed. The service is incredibly slow. I walked in at 11:30 no line placed my order. There where two vehicles in drive though. After 20 min and watching the drive though be cleared multiple times I inquired about the status of my order. They told me my order was three orders away from being started. I would've understood if they were more busy, but 35 minutes was aMore than a bit ridiculous. If you need you order in a reasonable time it will be quicker to go somewhere else.

Never an issue here. Food is always fresh and servers are always pleasant. Never spent longer than 10 minutes waiting on food. And that was with a couple of people in front of us in the drive thru. Moving to the new location was a great move. Will definitely be

This place has used "freaky fast service" to prop up their marketing campains from day one. However, they've since abandoned that virtue (IMO).Not to mention, they've raised their prices at every opportunity afforded to them. (They are not alone!)Personally (for me), they've never made it to any slot on my Top 10 list. Mostly because they refuse to add green Bell Peppers as an option on their menu. Shallow? Maybe! This review wouldn't be complete without mentioning the following; NOWADAYS, in tomorrow's economy, eating out at any establishment is a personal choice one makes. As fewer and fewer can't afford to eat out willy-nilly, wherever we may plop our buttons, peeps give those decisions more thought. The cost of meals themselves become more important when choosing a place to stuff our gullets. Not quality, quantity! This next year, we will see franchised institutions go the wayside as they begin to drop like green eyed flies in a blizzard! What was once considered (establishments) too big to fail will begin to fall like dominos tearing through a house of cards! In fact, it has already begun.(STEAK N SHAKE, my longtime fave is a perfect example).Next on the list will be the imfamous chicken place we've all grown to know, as the top dog in that market. Their birds they sell have shrunk in size, along with everything else that comes packaged.Do they not have the food to feed them? No space to raise them? Or, perhaps hired a CEO that has an alternate agenda? (AS IN, INTENTIONAL SABATOGE?)IF SO, AND THAT'S THEIR AIM, THEY ARE WAY OVER PERFORMING ON THIS ONE, GIVE THAT CEO AN AWARD! WELL DONE!WHO'S NEXT, BURGER QUEEN OR THAT CHO MO... THE CLOWN AND HIS HAMBURGER BANDIT?2024 will see the entire industry crumble from the inside out! NOTHING TO SELL, AND NO ONE TO BUY!

Go somewhere else. We Paid for Extras like Bacon and Avocado... we asked for Mayonnaise... NADA! On either Sandwich. It's a flipping sandwich. They don't care... They don't get my money. $30+ for 2 people.

We ordered a very large order of food for our masonic lodge and paid a bunch of money to them. We discovered that every Sandwich only had one paper-thin slice of meat on it. The manager basically told us to pack sand. We will never be back and we will never recommend Jimmy John's in Washington, Missouri.
