Everything was great! Sandwich serving sizes are extra large! Bread tasted as if were baked fresh this morning. We will definitely recommend to others!
Loved the food, tried sandwich, soup, salad, took home mini pies and cake for later.Great, friendly service, but don't be in a hurry. Made to order sandwiches, not mass produced, quality worth a little wait.

What a delicious and tender French dip! I’d say the best I’ve ever had!! Also had a piece of carrot cake which was also superb! Be sure to eat here if you’re in Washington!!

12 family members visiting Washington, MO dropped in to Joe’s for lunch about 1:30 on a weekday and received excellent service, a delicious lunch, and scrumptious desserts. They let us move tables so we could all sit together and even offered to take our order at the table rather than having all of us come up to the counter to order since we were such a large group. I would certainly recommend the food and I feel we received wonderful service!

first impression has made an impact. delicious food, the smells when you walk in are priceless. I've wanted to come here for a while now, yes their hours aren't the most ideal but their quality and customer service are off the charts. I got the Angelo and chicken gumbo. packed full of flavor. 5/5 highly recommended

Awesome place to eat. Great atmosphere. My Daughter and I got there right before it closed and they still served us and let us eat inside. Sandwiches awesome. Potato salad Devine, and of course, large selection of desserts. You must go. Great people.

The best rueban sandwich I've ever had and I've had a few. Not sure what they do differently but it was delicious!!
Unfortunately we didn't get to experience the lunch we were hoping for because, despite waiting in line for ten minutes, by the time we reached the counter in was 2 pm and service had ended. I think there was a complicating factor of there being a big catering job that day. We will arrive earlier next time.

Too many good things to say about this place. A Washington staple. I will never stop coming here. I hope they stay in business a very long time, we're blessed to have a good sandwich shop. Try their custard pie!!! The absolute best.
