These people ignored me when I came in there stood at counter for over 15, mins nobody said a word but one lady finally ate you doordash u said no I want to order she went in to next personThe 2nd I tried again this time drive thru it afternoon like 1 they didn't have any chicken with bone in it They said it was frozen.. I'm black they were all Caucasian I do believe it's was racial thing I wont go back a 3 time God bless them all

I literally saw an employee reach her hand in and put fries in a box with no gloves on. So
Went there right before dinner time thinking maybe the food would be fresh. When we pulled up we were greeted rudely by an older lady who is always rude. Got the food and I started eating some fries on the way home. They were cold and I could tell they had been sitting for awhile so I decided to wait and see how the rest of the food was when I got home. It had all been sitting there for what tasted like hours. The chicken was disgusting. The fries and biscuit were like chewing on petrified wood because they had sat so long. This place would be ran so much better if they had the proper ownership and better employees. It's sad that people have to spend their hard earned money on a horrible experience.

There is a funky smell inside. My husband said it was oil/grease and stuff, but it just didn't smell good at all. The young man who took our order was very polite and well-mannered. It took a while for the chicken, so he asked if we wanted anything, like a couple of cakes or a treat, for no charge while we waited. We said, "No, thank you." When our order finally arrived the chicken was hot but the fries were very cold and the Mac-n-cheese tasted like they had never been heated. The biscuits were warm. I'm almost embarrassed to post this review since now everyone knows we stopped here for a bite. It will be several more years before we consider stopping here again.
